Descripon

The ES-5800G V2 is a 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Desktop unmanaged switch designed to enhance network

performance in a compact form factor, and with outstanding performance and high eciency. The switch uses

store and forward packet-switching technology which oers reliable data transfer. This switch is ideal for

network connecvity for the SOHO environment.

The ES-5800G V2 with plasc housing oers a cost-eecve Gigabit Ethernet soluon for users to easily extend

home networks and to fulll their online gaming, mulmedia transferring and streaming needs. The plug-and-

play design allows users to easily connect network devices such as PCs, network storages and print servers to the

home network without manual conguraon involved.

IEEE Energy Ecient Ethernet (EEE) compliance saves power

The Switch ES-5800G V2 oers environmental eciency with Fast Ethernet speeds crical for next-generaon

network applicaons. To comply with the IEEE802.3az standard, the Switch ES-5800G V2 provides power saving

funcons to reduce energy consumpon to help business save cost.

The power usage adjustment feature automacally reduces power usage when any shut down network device or

inacve link is detected. That is, power consumption of the switch can be adjusted according to the link status or

the number of acve network devices when possible.

•Cable length detecon

The devices equipped with this green feature can automacally detect the length of connected Ethernet cables

and adjust power usage accordingly. The shorter the cable length, the less power it consumes.

Supports High-Speed Networking and Jumbo Frames

The ES-5800G V2 is an excellent soluon to expand your Gigabit network. With Gigabit speed, the -5800G V2 ES

gives high exibility and high bandwidth connecvity to servers, workstaons and other aached devices. It

enables you to save me when transferring large les. In addion, it also supports Jumbo Frames 9K to improve

network ulizaon in large les transfer.

Supports Auto-Negoaon

Every port of the ES-5800G V2 can automacally disnguish the connected network devices are running at

10Mbps, 100Mbps and 1000Mbps for Half/Full-Duplex mode . The -5800G V2 can adjust the speed and mode ES

accordingly.

Easy to Use

The ES-5800G V2 is plug-and-play and supports all kind of network protocols to make installaon and network

management easy and fast. LED indicators provide a quick and easy way to read port and switch informaon.
