Digital hanging scale EV020 for weighing of

luggage, food etc. Please, read this manual

carefully prior to use.

Maximum load: 50 kg (0.1–50 kg)

Resolution: 0.01 kg

Buttons

Battery replacement

If the display shows “LO“, the battery needs

replacing.

The battery compartment is at the back of the

scale. When replacing the battery, maintain

proper polarity. Dispose of the used batteries in

an environment friendly way in compliance with

your country’s law.

Weight

1. Insert the battery and push .

2. The display will show the text “8888“ and

then 0.00 kg.

3. Hang the item to be weighted on the scale.

4. The display will show the weight of the

weighed item.

5. To reset the display to zero push .

6. Select the desired weight unit (kg/lb/g/oz)

by repeated pushing of when the display

is showing “8888“.

7. Turn o the scale by long holding of the

button or it will turn o automatically

after 1 minute.

The maximum total loads the scale can with-

stand is 50 kg.

When the maximum permitted load is exceeded,

the display will show “ERR”.

In that case, remove the weighed item o the

scale to prevent damage.

Maintenance and cleaning

1. To clean the scale use a moist cloth. Prevent

water from getting into the appliance.

2. Do not use chemical cleaning agents/

abrasive detergents. Do not submerge the

scale under water!

3. Always keep the scale in horizontal position

during weighing.

Safety instructions

• This scale is designed only for use in

households.

• Do not interfere with the product’s inner

electric circuitry – you might damage it and

void the warranty automatically.

• -The scale must be used in sucient dis

tance from any appliances generating an

electromagnetic eld to avoid their mutual

interference.

• Do not subject the scale to shocks, vibrations

and do not drop it on the oor.

• Use the scale only according to the instruc-

tions set in this manual.

• In case of a malfunction, only qualified

specialists are allowed to repair it.

This product cannot be used by persons (includ-

ing children), whose limited of physical, sensory

or mental ability or lack of experience prevent

them from using the appliance safely, unless

they are under supervision or unless they were

instructed how to use this appliance, by a person

responsible for their safety. Children require

supervision to ensure they would not play with

the appliance.

Do not dispose with domestic waste. Use

special collection points for sorted waste.

Contact local authorities for information

about collection points. If the electronic devices

would be disposed on landll, dangerous sub-

stances may reach groundwater and subse-

quently food chain, where it could aect human

health.
