-Display (1)

-ON/OFF (2) - switches the thermometer on/oﬀ

-HOLD (3) - end measurement, press this button before withdrawing

the probe from food to hold temperature reading until it is pressed

again

-Auto-Switch Fold-Out Probe (4) - folding out the probe switches

the instrument on. Folding back to secure position switches the

instrument oﬀ

-°C/°F Switch (5) press to switch measurement unit between °C or °F

-The instrument switches oﬀ automatically if no key is pressed for

10 minutes, or when the probe is closed.

-Do not let children or anyone else who needs supervision to use

this thermometer.

-Always operate the instrument properly and according to its

intended purpose and within the parameters speciﬁed.

-Do not store with solvents (e.g. acetone).

-Be careful, the metal part of the probe will be very hot!

-The probe is very sharp.

Care and cleaning

Use normal dish soap when cleaning the thermometer.

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvent!

The housing and probe can be disinfected using an alcohol based

spray.

Clean the probe under running water and rub dry with a towel.

Clean the housing only with damp cloth and rub dry with a towel.
