2. Safety

Switch off power supply before starting the mounting work.

Do not connect or disconnect plug connectors when powered.

Comply with tightening torques ( Table).

Secure mounting component 6 with adhesive 4.

Observe the safety data sheet of the adhesive 4 from the original

manufacturer.

3. Use for intended purpose

Multi-pin plug set EADH-E17-MP1:

Mounting and connection of the multi-pin plug distributor 1 to the Z-axis

of the linear gantry 9.

5. Mounting

Secure the multi-pin plug distributor 1 to the adapter plate 2 by using

the screws 7 3 and the nuts .

Secure the adapter plate to the Z-axis of the linear gantry 2 9 by using

the screws 6.

Screw cover caps 5 onto the unused ports.

7. Electrical installation

Lay the connecting cable 8 9 in the linear gantry ( Further applicable

documents).

Connect the connecting cable 8 1 to the multi-pin plug distributor

( Further applicable documents).

1) Tolerances for tightening torque MA without indication of tolerance

MA š 1 Nm: ± 30 %

MA , 1 Nm: ± 20 %
