2. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Hutschienenbefestigung VAME-T-M4:
Befestigung der Anschlussleiste 5 an die Hutschiene 2.

Vorsicht
Unerwartete Bewegung von Bauteilen.
Verletzung durch Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung.
Stromversorgung und Druckluft vor Montagearbeiten abschalten.
Sicherheitshinweise beachten ( Beschreibung VTUG).

Funktionsstörung und Sachschaden durch unsachgemäße Montage.
Schwing-Schock-Belastung bei dieser Befestigungsart vermeiden.
Hutschiene horizontal montieren.
Hutschiene nicht überlasten.

Klammern (A) nach unten
ausrichten.
Befestigungen 1 an der An-
schlussleiste 5 platzieren.
Nur bei Anschlussblock
VABM-B10-S20-...-P3:
Bohrungen (B) am schmalen
Abstand der Stege (C) ver-
wenden.
Befestigungen 1 durch
2 Umdrehungen der
Schrauben 4 fixieren.

Ventilbatterie 3 nach unten
kippen bis die Klammern (A)
einrasten.

Durch das Festdrehen der
Schrauben 4 stellen sich die
Befestigungen 1 schräg. Die
Ventilbatterie 3 verklemmt
und ist gegen Kippen und Ver-
rutschen gesichert.

2. Intended use
H-rail mounting VAME-T-M4:
Mounting the manifold rail 5 onto the H-rail 2.
3. Safety instructions and notes on mounting
Caution
Unexpected movement of components.
Injury due to electric shock, impact, squeezing.
Switch off power supply and compressed air before assembly work.
Observe the safety instructions ( description for VTUG).
Note
Malfunction and material damage due to incorrect assembly.
Avoid stress from shock and vibration with this type of mounting.
Mount H-rail horizontally.
Do not overload H-rail.

Mount properly ( section 4).
Material damage due to falling manifold assembly 3.
Dismantle properly ( section 5).
4. Assembly

Align clips (A) downward.
Place attachments 1 on the
manifold rail 5.
Only for connection block
VABM-B10-S20-...-P3:
Use hole (B) at the slim dis-
tance from the bars (C).
Clamp attachments 1
through 2 turns of the
screws 4.

3d_5 Hang the hook (B) onto the
H-rail 2.
Tilt the manifold assem-
bly 3 downwards until
the clips (A) engage.

3d_6 Tighten screws 4.
Observe the tightening
torque.
Information
Through tightening of the
screws 4, the attach-
ments 1 become inclined.
The manifold assembly 3
jams and is secured against
tilting and slipping.
Do not adjust attachments 1.

Unscrew screws 4 a maxi-
mum of 2 rotations.

clips (A) disengage.
