This trolley barbecue is intended exclusively for the preparation of grilled foods.
It is suitable only for use outdoors. This trolley barbecue is intended for use only
in domestic environments, not for commercial applications.

Basic Safety Instructions
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
1. During use, place the grill on a secure, level and firm surface, otherwise it
could tip over.
2. CAUTION! For igniting and reigniting, do not use spiritus or benzine! Use
only ignition aids complying with EN 1860-3. Otherwise, the deflagration
could cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
3. ATTENTION! During use the grill will become very hot and therefore may
not be moved, otherwise it could tip over.
4. ATTENTION! Keep children and pets well away from it!
5. When grilling, wear appropriate grilling gloves and use grilling tongs.
6. NEVER leave a heated up grill unsupervised.
7. Allow the grill to cool down completely before cleaning it.
8. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
WARNING
Warning in regard to suffocation!
► CAUTION! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Never operate the grill
in an enclosed space, but only outdoors!

Assembly
Preparing for assembly
Allow yourself plenty of time for the assembly of the trolley barbecue. Secure a
level workplace of about two to three square meters. Remove all individual items
from the packaging and place them where they are conveniently handy. Check
the items to ensure that that they are all present and without any damage.

WARNING
Warning about physical injuries!
► To avoid possible injury, the screw heads should always face outwards.
IMPORTANT
► First tighten all screw connections down when the assembly is complete,
this will help avoid undesirable material tensions.

Assembly procedure
Step 1
♦ Connect the storage holder 15 with the wheel brace 14 by means of the
washers Ø 5.4, M5 x 10 screws and nuts M5.
Please take note that only the lower hole of the storage holder 15 is to be
used for the screws.
♦ Secure the reinforcing braces 16 with the wheel braces 14 by means of
the washers Ø 5.4, M5 x 10 screws and nuts M5. Secure the reinforcing
braces 16 with the storage holders 15 by means of the washers Ø 5.4,
M5 x 10 screws and nuts M5.
♦ Assemble the wheel braces 14 , with the assembled storage holder 15 ,
to the left of the fire bowl 6 by means of the washers Ø 5.4, 2 M5x12
screws and nuts M5. For this, use the upper hole in the wheel braces 14 .
Ensure that the holes for mounting the wind protection 3 on the firebowl 6
are facing backwards.

Step 2
♦ Assemble the handle holder 8 and stand braces 9 as described in step 1.
Fix the handle 7 between the short handle holders 8 and then secure
them by means of the wood screws Ø 4 x 10.
♦ Assemble the stand braces 9, with the assembled handle, to the right of
the fire bowl 6 by means of M5 x 12 screws, washers Ø 5.4, M5x10
screws and nuts M5. For this, use the upper hole in the stand braces 9.

Step 3
♦ Place the cross braces 10 , with the 5 holes upwards, between the wheel
braces 14 and the stand braces 9. Screw these together by means of the
washers Ø 5.4, M5 x 10 screws and nuts M5.
♦ Fix the five storage slats 11 to the cross braces 10 . Screw these together by
means of the washers Ø 5.4, M5x12 screws and nuts M5.
Step 4
♦ Secure the wind protector elements 2 3 4 with 2 M5x10 screws,
washers Ø 5.4 and nuts M5 (only at the top). When done, screw the wind
protector elements 2 3 4 from inside onto the firebowl 6 by means of
the washers Ø 5.4, 2 M5 x 12 screws, 3 M5 x 10 screws and nuts M5.

♦ Guide the axle 13 through the lower boreholes on the wheel braces 14
and secure the placed-on wheels 12 with the self-securing nuts M8.
Step 6
♦ Assemble the three storage slats 17 on the storage holder 15 by means of
the washers Ø 5.4, M5x12 screws and nuts M5.

Step 7
♦ Secure the wooden grip onto the rear part of the skewer (straight edge)
with light hammer blows. Slide the barbecue racks onto the skewer.
Secure the barbeque racks with the eye screws M4 x 10.
♦ Assemble the two handles onto the grill grate 5.
Step 8
♦ Place the cooking grill 5 and the skewer inside the wind shields 2 3 4.
You can now remove the handles from the cooking grille 5 so that they do
not interfere when you are barbecuing.
♦ To finish the assembly, tighten all screw connections firmly.

Initial use
NOTICE
► Before the first use, the grill must be warmed up for at least 30 minutes.
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
► During use, place the grill on a secure, level and firm surface, otherwise it
could tip over.
► Warning! For igniting and reigniting, do NOT use spiritus or benzine!
Use only ignition aids complying with EN 1860-3. The deflagration could
cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
■ Build up a small pile of charcoal in the firebowl.
■ Place one or two solid firelighters on the existing layer of charcoal and ignite
the solid firelighters with a match or lighter.
■ Allow the firelighters to burn for 2 to 4 minutes. Then slowly start filling the
firebowl with charcoal.
■ After about 20 minutes the charcoal will display a white coating of ash.
The optimal burning temperature has now been reached.
■ Distribute the charcoal, using a suitable metallic implement, evenly in the
firebowl.
■ Insert the grill grate and start the barbecue.

Cleaning and Care
WARNING
Warnings about burns!
► Before cleaning it or putting it into storage, allow the trolley barbecue to cool
down completely. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
IMPORTANT
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, they can damage the
enamelled pieces..
♦ For normal cleaning, use a cloth and water with standard detergent.
♦ For heavy soiling on the enamelled parts, use a standard commercial
enamel cleaner. Pay heed to the instructions supplied by the manufacturer
of the cleaning agent being employed. Clean the grill grate with detergent and
a household sponge.
♦ The barbecue should be protected from the effects of the weather with a
weather-resistant cover when it is not in use. Allow the barbecue to cool
down properly before covering!
Disposal
Dispose of flammable materials carefully and with regard to the
environment. Fundamentally dispose of remaining waste ONLY into
containers made of metal and intended for this purpose or made of
non-flammable materials.
Dispose of the Trolley Barbecue through an approved waste disposal centre or
at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations.
In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The
appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our Customer Service Department. Only
in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
NOTICE
► The warranty covers only claims for material and manufacturing defects,
not for transport damages, wearing parts or for damage to fragile compo-
nents, e.g. switches.
► The warranty does not cover colour changes and the formation of corro-
sion and surface rust due to the effects of the weather or the improper use
of chemicals.
This product is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use. The
warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and
internal tampering not carried out by our authorised service branch.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty. The warranty
period is not extended by repairs made under the warranty. This applies also to
replaced and repaired parts.
Damages and defects extant at the time of purchase must be reported immedi-
ately after unpacking, resp. no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs made after the lapse of the warranty period are subject to charge.

2. ATTENTION ! Ne pas utiliser d’alcool ou d’essence pour allumer ou réactiver

déflagrations peuvent entraîner des développements de chaleur incontrôlables.

7. Laissez entièrement refroidir le barbecue avant de le nettoyer.

Etapes de montage
Etape 1
♦ Assemblez les supports de tablette 15 avec les jambes à roulettes 14 à
l’aide des rondelles Ø5.4, vis M5x10 et écrous M5.
Veuillez noter que seul le trou inférieur du support de tablette 15 est destiné
à être vissé.
♦ Fixez les renforts 16 avec les jambes à roulettes 14 à l’aide des rondelles
Ø5.4, vis M5x10 et écrous M5. Fixez les renforts 16 avec les supports de
tablette 15 à l’aide des rondelles Ø5.4, vis M5x10 et écrous M5.
♦ Assemblez les jambes à roulettes 14 avec supports de tablette montés 15
à gauche de la cuve à charbon 6 à l’aide des rondelles Ø5.4, 2 vis M5 x12,
2 vis M5x10 et écrous M5. Le trou supérieur des jambes à roulettes 14 est
utilisé à cette fin.
Veillez à ce que les trous pour le montage du pare-vent 3 dans la cuve à
charbon 6 pointent vers l‘arrière.

Etape 2
♦ Montez les supports de poignée 8 et les jambes 9, conformément à la
description dans l’étape 1. Fixez la poignée 7 entre ses supports 8 et
vissez-les à l’aide des vis à bois Ø4x10.
♦ Montez les jambes 9 avec la poignée montée à droite sur la cuve à
charbon 6 à l’aide des vis M5 x 12, rondelles Ø5.4, vis M5 x 10 et
écrous M5. Le trou supérieur des jambes 9 est utilisé à cette fin.

♦ Fixez les cinq planches de tablette 11 sur la traverse 10 . Vissez-les à l’aide

♦ Fixez les éléments du pare-vent 2 3 4 à l’aide de 2 vis M5x10, rondelles
Ø5.4 et écrous M5 (uniquement en-haut). Vissez ensuite les éléments du
pare-vent 2 3 4 de l’intérieur à la cuve à charbon 6 à l’aide des

Mise en service
REMARQUE
► Le barbecue doit être chauffé et le combustible doit être maintenu incan-
descent pendant au moins 30 min avant d’effectuer la première cuisson.
AVERTISSEMENT

► En cours d'opération, placez le barbecue sur une surface stable et solide
pour éviter qu'il ne bascule.
► ATTENTION !Ne pas utiliser d’alcool ou d’essence pour allumer ou réactiver
le feu ! Utiliser uniquement des allume-feu conformes à l’EN 1860-3 ! Des
déflagrations peuvent entraîner des développements de chaleur incontrôlables.
■ Empilez une partie du charbon de bois dans la cuve à charbon.
■ Placez un à deux combustibles solides sur la couche existante de charbon
de bois et allumez les à l’aide d‘une allumette ou d’un briquet.
■ Laissez brûler les combustibles solides pendant 2 à 4 minutes. Remplissez
ensuite lentement la cuve à charbon de bois.
■ Après env. 20 minutes, le charbon de bois présente une couche de cendre
blanche. L’état optimal des charbons ardents est maintenant atteint.
■ Répartissez le charbon de bois, à l’aide d’un instrument en métal adapté,
de façon homogène dans la cuve à charbon.
■ Installez la grille : vous pouvez commencer à confectionner vos grillades.

Nettoyage et entretien
AVERTISSEMENT
Attention aux risques de brûlure !
► Laissez entièrement refroidir le barbecue mobile avant de le nettoyer ou
de le ranger. N'utilisez jamais d'eau pour éteindre le charbon de bois.
ATTENTION
► N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage abrasifs ou agressifs, car ils peuvent
endommager les pièces émaillées.
♦ Pour le nettoyage normal, utilisez un chiffon de vaisselle et de l’eau additi-
onné de votre produit détergent habituel.
♦ En cas de souillures prononcées des pièces émaillées, utilisez un produit
nettoyant d’émail spécifique disponible dans le commerce. Respectez les
consignes du fabricant se rapportant au produit de nettoyage que vous
avez choisi. Nettoyez la grille à l’aide d’un produit vaisselle et d’une épon-
ge de ménage.
♦ Si vous ne l’utilisez pas, recouvrez le barbecue d’un capot de recouvrement
résistant aux intempéries afin de le protéger d’influences nocives. Le barbe-
cue doit être entièrement refroidi avant d’être recouvert!
Mise au rebut
Recyclez le combustible avec précaution et dans le respect de l’environ-
nement. Recyclez les déchets uniquement dans les conteneurs en métal
prévus à cet effet ou les matériaux non combustibles.
Procédez au recyclage du barbecue mobile uniquement par le biais d’une
entreprise de recyclage agréée ou par le biais de votre centre de recyclage
communal. Respectez les consignes en vigueur. En cas de doutes, contactez
votre organisme de recyclage.
Veiller à assurer une élimination écologique des matériaux d’emballage.

bedrijfsmatige doeleinden.
Voor schade ten gevolge van oneigenlijke en verkeerde behandeling, van gebruik
van geweld en ongeoorloofde modificatie, is de producent niet aansprakelijk.

Er kan gevaar van het apparaat uitgaan in geval van gebruik dat niet in
overeenstemming is met de bestemming en/of andersoortig gebruik.

In dit hoofdstuk krijgt u belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies voor de omgang met het
apparaat.
Dit apparaat voldoet aan de gestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Een verkeerd gebruik kan resulteren in persoonlijk en materieel letsel.
Basisveiligheidsvoorschriften
WAARSCHUWING
Waarschuwing voor verbrandingen!
1. Plaats de barbecue tijdens het bedrijf op een veilige, egale en stevige
ondergrond, aangezien hij anders kan omvallen.
2. VOORZICHTIG! Gebruik om aan te steken of opnieuw aan te steken geen
spiritus of benzine! Gebruik alleen aanmaakmiddelen conform EN 1860-3.
Anders kunnen er door ontploffingen oncontroleerbare ontwikkelingen van
hitte optreden.
3. LET OP! De barbecue wordt erg heet en mag in gebruik niet worden bewo-
gen, omdat hij andere kan omvallen.
4. LET OP! Houd kinderen en huisdieren uit de buurt!
5. Draag bij het barbecueën gepaste barbecuehandschoenen en gebruik een
grilltang.
6. Laat de hete barbecue nooit zonder toezicht.
7. Laat de barbecue vóór het schoonmaken volledig afkoelen.
8. Gebruik nooit water voor het blussen van de houtskolen.
