VERWENDUNG IM FAHRZEUG
HINWEIS! Der großvolumige Front-Airbag entfaltet sich
explosionsartig und kann Ihr Kind schwer verletzen oder
sogar töten.
HINWEIS! Steht die Babyschale nicht stabil oder zu
steil auf dem Fahrzeugsitz, so können Sie dies mit einer
zusätzlichen Decke ausgleichen. Alternativ wählen Sie
einen anderen Sitzplatz im Fahrzeug.
! WARNUNG! Verwenden Sie die Babyschale
nicht auf einem Sitz, auf dem ein Frontairbag
aktiviert ist. Dies gilt nicht für die so genannten
Seitenairbags.

verwendet werden. Die Schutzfunktion der

NOTE! The large-volume front airbag expands
explosively and may cause your child serious injury or
even death.

NOTE! If the infant car seat is placed on the vehicle seat
in a way that is not stable or at too steep an angle, it
can be adjusted with an additional blanket. Alternatively,
choose another seat in the vehicle.

ZUM SCHUTZ IHRES FAHRZEUGES
An einigen Autositzen aus empfindlichem Material (z.B.
Velours, Leder, etc.) können durch die Benutzung von
Kindersitzen mögliche Gebrauchsspuren und/oder
Abfärbungen auftreten. Um das zu vermeiden, können
Sie z.B. eine Decke oder ein Handtuch unterlegen.
Ferner weisen wir in diesem Zusammenhang auf unsere
Reinigungshinweise hin, die vor der ersten Verwendung
der Schale unbedingt beachtet werden sollten.
! WARNUNG! Ein Baby im Auto NIE auf dem Schoß
halten. Durch die enormen Kräfte, die bei einem
Unfall frei werden, können Sie das Baby unmöglich
festhalten. Schnallen Sie sich und ein Kind niemals
zusammen mit einem Autogurt an.

EINSTELLEN DES TRAGEBÜGELS
Sie können den Tragebügel in vier Positionen einrasten
lassen:
A: Fahrzeug- und Trageposition.
B+C: Zum Hineinlegen Ihres Babys.
D: Zum sicheren Stand auf einer ebenen Fläche
außerhalb des Fahrzeugs.
! WARNUNG! Schnallen Sie Ihr Kind immer mit dem
integrierten Gurtsystem an.
•Zur Verstellung des Tragebügels drücken Sie
gleichzeitig die beiden Tasten b links und rechts am
Tragebügel a.
•Schwenken Sie nun mit gedrückten Tasten b, den
Tragebügel a vor oder zurück, bis er selbsttätig in der
gewünschten Position einrastet.
! WARNUNG! Um zu verhindern, dass der Sitz
während des Tragens kippt, überprüfen Sie, ob der
Tragebügel a in der Trageposition A eingerastet
ist.

ADJUSTING THE CARRYING HANDLE REGOLAZIONE DEL MANICO PER IL TRASPORTO
You can lock the carrying handle in four positions:
A: Vehicle and carrying position.
B+C: For putting your baby inside.
D: For setting the infant car seat down safely on a
level surface outside the vehicle.
Il manico per il trasporto può essere regolato in quattro
diverse posizioni:
A: Posizione di viaggio e di trasporto.
B+C: Posizione per l'inserimento del bambino.
D: Per posizionare il seggiolino in sicurezza su una
superficie piana fuori dall'auto.
! WARNING! Always strap your child in with the
integrated belt system. ! ATTENZIONE! Allacciare sempre il bambino con il
sistema di cinture.
•To adjust the carrying handle, simultaneously press
the left and right buttons b on the carrying handle a.
•Then rotate carrying handle a forwards or backwards
while pressing button b, until it automatically locks in
place in the desired position.
•Per regolare il manico di trasporto premere
contemporaneamente i due pulsanti b sul manico di

•Als zusätzliches Element zur Anpassung ist der gb
Idan mit einem Sitzverkleinerer ausgestattet.
•Die Kopfstütze muss so eingestellt werden, dass max.
zwei Finger breit oder weniger zwischen Schulter des
Kindes und Kopfstütze frei bleiben.
•Ziehen Sie den Verstellring c an der Oberseite der

in die gewünschte Position.
ANPASSEN DER KOPFSTÜTZE
HINWEIS! Nur eine in optimaler Höhe eingestellte

Schutz und Komfort. Die Höhenverstellung kann in elf
Positionen erfolgen.

•As an additional element for ensuring correct fit, gb
Idan is equipped with an insert.
•The headrest must be adjusted so that max. two
finger´s width or less remains free between the child’s
shoulder and the headrest.
•Pull up adjustment ring c on the top of the headrest
and move the headrest into the desired position.
•Un ulteriore elemento che permette la perfetta
adattabilità di gb Idan è l'inserto riduttore.

•Put your child into the child seat.
•Place shoulder belt d directly over your child’s
shoulders.
•Place both buckle tongues h together and lock them
in place in belt buckle g with an audible “CLICK”.
•Pull cautiously on central adjustment belt e in order to
tighten shoulder belts d until they fit your child’s body.
•Sedere il bambino nel seggiolino.

più possibile al corpo del bambino.

HINWEIS! Schnallen Sie Ihr Baby in der Babyschale
immer an und lassen Sie Ihr Baby niemals aus den
Augen.
•Nehmen Sie Ihr Baby so oft wie möglich aus der
Babyschale und entlasten Sie seine Wirbelsäule.
•Unterbrechen Sie dazu längere Autofahrten. Denken
Sie auch außerhalb des Autos daran, Ihr Baby nicht zu
lange in der Babyschale zu lassen.

! WARNUNG! Die Kunststoteile der Babyschale
erhitzen sich in der Sonne. Ihr Baby kann sich
daran verbrennen. Schützen Sie Ihr Baby und die
Babyschale vor intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung
(z.B. indem Sie ein helles Tuch über die Schale
legen).

In order to remove the insert, lift the insert a little bit
and take it out of the seat.

the fabric, especially fading, are normal and do not

peut être ajustée avec un textile. Sinon, choisissez une
autre position dans le véhicule.
! ATTENTION ! Ne pas utiliser la coque sur un siège
dont l´airbag frontal est activé. Ceci ne s´applique
pas aux airbags latéraux.
! ATTENTION ! La coque n´ore la meilleure
protection à votre enfant que si les instructions de
ce manuel sont scrupuleusement suivies.
! ATTENTION ! Aucuns ajouts ou modifications
ne sont permis sur le gb Idan sans l´accord de
gb GmbH. Les réparations ne doivent être faites
que par du personnel autorisé. Ce faisant, ils
doivent toujours utiliser des pièces et accessoires
d´origine. Dans le cas contraire, les fonctions
protectrices de la coque ne sont plus garanties.

PROTECTION DE VOTRE VÉHICULE
Sur certaines banquettes fragiles (par exemple :
velours, cuir etc.), le siège auto peut parfois laisser des
traces. Afin d´éviter cela, mettre une serviette ou une
couverture entre la banquette et le siège auto. Dans ce
contexte, voir aussi nos instructions de nettoyage. Il est
essentiel des les suivre avant la première utilisation du
siège auto.
! ATTENTION ! Ne tenez JAMAIS un bébé sur vos
genoux dans une voiture. Les forces générées lors
d’une collision sont beaucoup trop élevés pour
toute personne tenant le bébé. Ne jamais vous
attacher vous-même et votre enfant avec une
seule ceinture de sécurité.

La poignée peut être ajustée sur quatre positions :
A: Position Tranport/En voiture.
B+C: Position pour installer l´enfant dans le siège.
D: Position de sécurité en dehors du véhicule.
! ATTENTION ! Toujours attacher votre enfant avec
le système de harnais intégré.
•Pour ajuster la poignée, appuyer sur les boutons b à
gauche et à droite de la poignée a.
•Déplacer la poignée a en avant ou en arrière en
appuyant sur le bouton b jusqu´à ce qu´elle se bloque
dans la position souhaitée.
! ATTENTION ! De façon à éviter un balancement
en portant le siège, assurez-vous que la poignée a
est bien verrouillée en position A.
