Installation instructions for the Yepp e-bike set
Contents
1. Mount the Yepp e-bike set on the Yepp Easyfit carrier as shown on the photo below.
The 4 clamps of the Easyfit carrier are not needed anymore.
Please note that the 4 bolts are mounted from the underside into the 4 slot holes.
See the picture below for the proper positioning and then mount the 4 nuts loosely on the bolts.
2. Now position the Yepp Easyfit carrier on your e-bike luggage carrier.
Please note that the position of the gravity point of the Yepp Maxi on the carrier must never
be further then 10 cm behind the rear axle. (see also the user instructions for the Yepp Maxi Easyfit and
Yepp Junior).

3. After correct positioning, please mount the 2 long bolts and tighten the nuts firmly.
Force: 8Nm. Please note that the Easyfit carrier is straight and parallel positioned on the e- bike luggage
carrier.
4. Now tighten the 4 other nuts firmly; force: 8Nm.
5. Check all bolts after a few weeks and tighten them again if necessary.
6. The Easyfit carrier is now ready for use to mount your Yepp Maxi Easyfit or Yepp Junior.
Recommendation
After installing and fitting the Yepp e-bike set on your Easyfit carrier , please check whether the
bicycle could tip over backwards when the child is in the seat. If so, move the Yepp Easyfit carrier forwards.
Check regularly that all fittings are sufficiently tightened.
Warnings
- The Yepp e-bike set and Yepp Easyfit carrier can only be installed on luggage carriers with a load capacity of
25 kg and meeting with EN 14872.
If the Yepp Easyfit carrier is used with the Yepp Junior, the luggage carrier must have a load
capacity of 35 kg.
- Use the Yepp Easyfit carrier only on e-bikes suitable for carrying the additional load.
Check the bicycle handbook or consult the cycle manufacturer or your dealer.
- The Yepp Easyfit carrier must not be used on motorised vehicles (including mopeds, scooters, etc.).
- Never modify the carrier yourself.
- Do not use the carrier if any part of it is faulty.

- Use a good two-legged stand.
Guarantee
GMG guarantees that this product at the time of purchasing has no defect in workmanship and material. GMG
guarantees the product for a period of 12 months after purchase date.
In case this product shows a material and/or manufacturing fault than GMG is required to respect this
guarantee. In that case please contact your dealer.
