This unit allows you to convert a high level signal into a low level signal (RCA). It

provides a remote signal which is needed for turning on an amplifier.

White/Black - Connect to the negative (- ) left speaker output of the source unit*

White - Connect to the positive (+) left speaker output of the source unit

Gray/Black - - Connect to the negative ( ) right speaker output of the source unit*

Gray - Connect to the positive (+) right speaker output of the source unit

Yellow - Connect to constant +12V

Black - Connect to ground

Blue - -connect to remote turn on for amplifier

Red & Black RCAs - connect to RCA inputs for the amplifier. The RCA outputs feature a 3:1 step down with adjustable level controls for system optimization.

*If there is only one negative speaker wire, connect both of the negative GZCV 2.0HL speaker wires to it (Gray/Black & White/Black).

Brown - -Do not connect. Unless you have a very old common ground radio, you do not need this wire. If the head unit power ground and signal ground are not internally coupled, then when you connect the RCA plug to the head unit, the RCA plug

negative will not be connected to ground, resulting in no sound. In this rare case, you should connect the brown wire to ground with the black wire.

Weiss/Schwarz – Linker Lautsprecherausgang der Signalquelle*, negativ (-)

Grau/Schwarz - Rechter Lautsprecherausgang der Signalquelle*, negativ (-)

Gelb – Dauerspannung +12V

Schwarz – Masseverbindung

Blau – Remoteausgang für Verstärker

Rotes & Schwarzes Cinch Kabel – Anschluss an die RCA Eingänge des Verstärkers.

*Wenn nur ein negatives Lautsprecherkabel vorhanden ist, verbinden Sie beide Negativkabel (Grau/Schwarz & Weiss/Schwarz) des GZCV 2.0HL mit diesem

Braun - - (Anschlussplan 2) Wird nur für alte Radios mit intern gekoppelter NF und Netzteilmasse benötigt. In diesem seltenen Fall müssen Sie das braune Kabel mit dem schwarzen Kabel auf Masse anschließen und den weiteren Instruktionen des

zweiten Anschlussplans folgen.
