1. Use this fan only as described in this manual.
Other use not recommended as it may cause
fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
2. This product is intended for household
use ONLY and not for commercial, industrial
or outdoor use.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not
place fan in window, immerse unit, power
adapter plug or cord in water or spray with
liquids.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
5. Turn the fan and unplug the power OFF
adapter from the outlet and unit when not in
use, when moving the fan from one location to
another and before cleaning.
6. To disconnect the fan, first turn the unit OFF, grip
the power adapter plug and pull it from the wall
outlet, and grip the barrel connector and pull
it from the unit. Never pull the adapter plug or
barrel connector by the cord.
7. Do not operate the fan in the presence of
explosive and/or flammable fumes.
8. Do not place the fan or any parts near
an open flame, cooking or other heating
appliance.
9. Do not operate the fan with a damaged power
adapter cord or plug or if the the product
malfunctions, is dropped or damaged in any
manner (see warranty).
10. Avoid contact with moving fan parts.
• Ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged.
• Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the
outer surfaces of the fan clean.
• To clean between the grills and fan blade
area, we recommend using a pipe cleaner,
flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner or
compressed air to gently remove the dust.
• To clean the rear grill use a soft dry cloth.

13. Do not hang or mount fan on a wall or ceiling.
14. Do not operate if the fan housing is damaged.
15. A loose fit between the AC outlet (receptacle)
and power adapter plug may cause
overheating and a distortion of the plug.
Contact a qualified electrician to replace loose
or worn outlet.
16. Do not operate any fan with a damaged power
adapter cord or plug. Discard any damaged
fan, return the fan to the retailer where
the fan was purchased, or request a return
authorization to return to Kaz USA, Inc. for
examination and/or repair.
17. Do not run power adapter cord under
carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs,
runners, or similar coverings. Do not route
cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange
cord away from traffic areas and where it will
not be tripped over.
WARNING: To Reduce The Risk of Fire or

Solid-State Speed Control Device, other than

Use only the original adapter supplied with
the unit. Using any other adapter may cause

1. N’employez le ventilateur que tel que décrit

2. Ce ventilateur est UNIQUEMENT destiné
à l’usage domestique et non à l’emploi

3. Afin de prévenir les chocs électriques, ne
placez pas le ventilateur dans l’embrasure
d’une fenêtre, n’immergez ni l’appareil, ni sa
fiche, ni son cordon et ne les éclaboussez
pas de liquide.
4. Surveillez assidûment l’appareil s’il est utilisé
par des enfants ou près d’eux.
5. ÉTEIGNEZ le ventilateur et débranchez
l’adaptateur à la prise; débranchez aussi le
ventilateur entre utilisations, pour le déplacer
et avant de le nettoyer.
6. Pour le débrancher, ÉTEIGNEZ-le puis tenez la
fiche de l’adaptateur afin de la tirer hors de la
prise murale; tenez le connecteur cylindrique
et séparez-le de l’appareil. Ne déconnectez
jamais la prise de l’adaptateur ou le connecteur
cylindrique en tirant sur le cordon.
7. Ne faites pas fonctionner le ventilateur
en présence de vapeurs explosives ou
inflammables.
8. Ne placez ni le ventilateur ni de ses pièces
près de flammes nues ou près d’appareils de
cuisson ou de chauffage.
9. Ne vous servez pas du ventilateur si son
cordon ou sa fiche est abîmé, s’il a mal
fonctionné, a été échappé ou endommagé
de quelque façon (voyez la garantie).
10. Évitez tout contact avec les pièces mobiles.

17. N’acheminez pas le cordon de l’adaptateur
sous de la moquette. Ne le recouvrez pas de
carpettes, tapis de corridor ou revêtement
de sol de ce genre. Ne passez pas le cordon
sous des meubles ou des appareils. De plus,
éloignez-le du passage afin qu’il ne risque pas
de faire trébucher.
AVERTISSEMENT : Pour réduire le risque
d’incendie ou de choc électrique, ne faites pas
fonctionner le ventilateur avec une commande
de vitesse transistorisée autre que celle qui est
fournie.
N’utiliser que l’adaptateur original fourni avec
l’appareil. L’utilisation de tout autre adaptateur
peut faire tomber en panne le ventilateur. Toute
utilisation inappropriée du ventilateur annulera
la garantie.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Marche et arrêt
Appuyez sur la touche d’alimentation pour
allumer le ventilateur.
Oscillation
Appuyez une fois sur la touche d’oscillation
pour faire démarrer l’oscillation. Appuyez
une deuxième fois pour la désactiver.
Niveau sonore/vitesse
Appuyez coup sur coup pour augmenter le niveau.
Minuteur d’arrêt automatique
Lorsque réglé, le minuteur éteint
automatiquement le ventilateur après 2, 4 ou
8 heures de marche. Appuyez une fois pour 2
heures, deux fois pour 4 heures, trois fois pour
8 heures, quatre fois pour éteindre (ou pressez
la touche d’alimentation).
