DSC CONTROLLER

pletely before using the controller.

struction manual contains important operating instructions for
the DS-100.

☞Class D DSC terminal
The DS-100 (#02)
VHF DSC CONTROLLER
is designed as
a ‘Class D DSC terminal unit’ for the IC-M401EURO or
IC-M503
VHF MARINE TRANSCEIVERS
.
DS-100 (#02) is not compatible with DS-100 (#01). The
plug of the control cable is a different type.
☞Self ID indication
THE MMSI NUMBER SHOULD BE PROGRAMMED BY
A DEALER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
The DS-100 (#02) does not function when there is no ID
programmed. Therefore, the ID code should be checked
in the Set-up menu.
