Before First Use

Soak the ice cream bowl and mixing blades in warm water to remove any dust or residue from production and

transportation. Avoid cleaning any parts with abrasive detergents or harsh tools.

Freezing the Ice Cream Bowl



Wash, clean, and dry the ice cream bowl thoroughly before freezing.

Place the ice cream bowl vertically on a flat surface, ensuring it is not upside down or tilted. The freezer

temperature should be below -18°C, and the freezing time should be at least 16 hours (ideally, freeze it overnight

and use it the next day).



When removing the ice cream bowl from the freezer, check that it is completely frozen. Gently shake the bowl—if

you don’t hear any liquid sloshing, it means the liquid is fully frozen.

How to Use

1. Place the ice cream bowl in the freezer for at least 16 hours until it is completely frozen.

2. Prepare your ice cream batter in advance (up to 700ml) and refrigerate for optimal results.

3. Align the 3 raised grooves on the bottom of the ice cream bowl with the 3 grooves on the stand mixer. Then,

place the ice cream bowl onto the mixer.

4. Connect the mixer’s output shaft to the connector.

5. Add your ice cream ingredients to the bowl.

6. Press down on the mixer head to ensure the connector is properly attached to the mixing blade.

7. Mix on speed 1 for 10 to 15 minutes. Be sure to let the unit rest for a few seconds every 4 minutes.

8. Serve immediately as a dessert or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for later.

Note: The machine must be switched on before adding the ice cream or sorbet mixture to prevent it from freezing

instantly on the inside of the bowl.

This product must be used with a mixer. The connecting head links to the mixing shaft, transferring speed to the blade

for stirring, allowing it to create delicious ice cream.



Store the ice cream mixing bowl in the freezer so it's always ready for use. Place it in a plastic bag before

freezing, and always store it upright.

Make sure the ice cream mixing bowl is completely dry before placing it in the freezer.



Do not puncture or heat the ice cream mixing bowl.

The ice cream mixing bowl should be frozen in a freezer set to -18°C (0.4°F) or lower for at least 16 hours before

use.

For optimal results, refrigerate your ingredients before making ice cream.

Adding alcohol to recipes will slow down the freezing process.

CAUTION:

1. When pouring the mixed ingredients into the frozen ice cream bowl, start the machine within 30 seconds to

prevent the mixture from freezing on the edges, which will make it harder to stir.

2. The ice cream will be soft when finished, but if you prefer a firmer texture, place the ice cream bowl back in the

freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
