Steam Function:
1. Position the water tray (approx. 28ml) on
the right side of the lower heating
elements, directly under the water outlet.
2. Open the water inlet cover and use a
measuring cup to fill it. The water inlet
holds up to 24ml at a time.
3. The amount of water needed depends on
cooking time:
- 5 ml approximately 4 minutes of steaming
- 28 ml approximately 16 minutes
- One whole chicken (approximately 32 minutes) may require two water refills
Note: Refill the water inlet during cooking if longer steaming time is needed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Always allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
1. Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth, then dry
thoroughly. Apply any cleaning agent to the cloth not directly to the oven.
3. Clean interior walls with a damp cloth and mild soap solution or spray cleaner on
a sponge.
Do not use harsh abrasives or corrosive products, such as brillo pads, as they
may damage the surface.
4. Slide out the crumb tray to remove crumbs. Wipe clean or wash as needed. The
tray is dishwasher safe. For baked-on grease, soak in hot, soapy water or use a
non-abrasive cleaner.
Never operate the oven without the crumb tray in place.
5. The wire rack, baking pan, and crumb tray are all dishwasher safe. For heavy soil,
soak in hot soapy water or clean with a nylon brush or pad.
6. Do not wrap the cord around the outside of the oven. Use the designated cord
storage area on the back of the appliance.
