7' - 12' Extendable Plate Level

The Johnson Extendable Plate Level with a heavy-duty aluminum frame is intended for the professional user. It has the

accuracy and durability the jobsite demands. Providing accuracy of 0.029° or 0.5mm/m and that accuracy is backed by a

lifetime guarantee. The center vial is Hi-visibility, impact resistant block vials and the plumb vial is positioned at eye level

for easy viewing. The locking system provides protection against pinch points. The extendable arm has measuring scale

on both sides for fast set-up and positioning and the level is equipped with ergonomic soft touch dual handle grips.

2” Removable Oversized Stand-offs easily clear braces or rest between top/bottom plate for single contact leveling

Model 5800-PLSO is a replacement kit available for the stand-offs.

Measuring scale with lock pins at every foot for fast set-up and positioning

Ergonomic soft touch dual hand grips for easy carrying and placement

APPLICATION

The Extendable Plate Level is use primarily by framers. It is used to ensure the walls are plumb during the framing

process. The Plate Level is aligned with the top and bottom plates of the wall, then adjusted according the reading on the

vial.
