PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that you use the appliance for the use for
which it is designed; we refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Children shall not play with the appliance.
2. The balance is a precision electronic weighing machine: use it with care. Do not try to disassemble
and avoid heavy vibration and shocks.
3. This appliance is intended for household use and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
– farm houses
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
– bed and breakfast type environments

USE
1. Open the battery cover on the back of the scale and insert 2 x AAA 1,5V batteries respecting
polarity, close the cover.
2. Turn on the scale, the LCD will show “88888” and then “0.00g”. The scale is ready for use.
3. Press button “U” to select the unit.
4. Place your object on the scale, the LCD will show the weight (accuracy 0.1g/
0.01oz / 0.05ct / 0.2gn /
0.0005ozt / 0.01dwt
).
5. You can use TARE function to reset the LCD to 0.00g, then you can weigh the 2 nd object only
without weighing or removing the 1st.
6. After use, turn off the scale.
