Funktion
Das Ventil ist Teil des MIYO-Bewäs-
serungssystems. Es wird per Funk
vom Cube gesteuert und öffnet oder
schließt den Wasserfluss.
Warnhinweise
!
Ventil nicht in Wasser tauchen.
!
Ventil nicht gewaltsam önen.
!
Nicht stark am Gartenschlauch
ziehen.
!
Nur Süßwasser oder geltertes
Brauchwasser verwenden.
!
Ventil nicht waagrecht montieren.
Installation
Voraussetzungen
• Wasserleitung und Garten-
schlauch, jeweils mit Stan-
dard-Schlauchanschluss.
• Cube ist vorhanden und ange-
schlossen.
• MIYO-App ist installiert.
Ventil anschließen und mit System
verbinden.
1. App starten.
2. Ventil mit der weißen Schnell-
kupplung auf den Anschluss des
Wasserhahns stecken, bis es
einrastet.
3. Den Schlauchanschluss des Gar-
tenschlauchs an den schwarzen
Anschluss des Ventils drücken,
bis er einrastet.
4. Magnet 2-3 Sekunden mittig an
die Oberkante der Solarzelle des
Ventils halten. LED am Gerät
beginnt zu blinken.
5. Ventil in der App zum System
hinzufügen.
6. Die weitere Bedienung wird über
die App gesteuert.
7. Wasserhahn aufdrehen und für
den Betrieb geönet lassen.
Ventil von Schlauch und Was-
serleitung trennen
1. Wasserhahn abdrehen.
2. Den Gartenschlauch vom Ventil
lösen.
3. Am Ventil den weißen Ring der
Schnellkupplung nach unten ziehen
und das Ventil vom Schlauchan-
schluss des Wasserhahns abziehen.
Wartung
• Prüfen, ob die Anschlüsse dicht
sind.
• Solarzellen und Gehäuse bei Be-
darf mit feuchtem Tuch reinigen.
Deaktivierung vor dem Winter
1. Wasserversorgung für den Gar-
ten abdrehen.
2. Ventil demontieren.
3. Wintermodus in der App für
jeden Bewässerungsbereich
aktivieren.
!
Dadurch wird jeweils das Ventil
geönet.
4. Ventil trocken und bei -5 °C bis
50 °C lagern.
Aktivierung im Frühjahr
1. Wintermodus in der App be-
enden.
2. Wintermodus am Ventil beenden.
Dazu Magnet 1 Sekunde mittig an
die Oberkante der Solarzelle des
Ventils halten.
3. Wasserhahn aufdrehen und für
den Betrieb geönet lassen.
Reset
Um das Ventil auf Werkseinstellung
zurückzusetzen, Magnet mindestens
10 Sekunden lang mittig an die
Oberkante der Solarzelle halten.
Fehlerbehebung
Magnet nicht mehr

Function
The valve is part of the MIYO irriga-
tion system. It is controlled by the
cube wirelessly and opens or closes
the flow of water.
Warnings
!
Do not immerse the valve in
water.
!
Do not use force to open the
valve.
!
Do not pull on the garden hose
with force.
!
Only use fresh water or ltered
service water.
!
Do not install the valve horizon-
tally.
Installation
Requirements
• Water line and garden hose, each
with standard hose connection.
• Cube is present and connected.
• MIYO app is installed.
Attach the valve and connect it to the
system.
1. Start the app.
2. Insert the valve with the white
quick connector into the tap con-
nection until it locks in place.
3. Press the hose connection of
the garden hose at the black
connection of the valve until it
locks in place.
4. Hold the magnet at the middle
of the top edge of the solar cell
of the valve for 2-3 seconds. The
LED on the unit starts ashing.
5. Add the valve to the system in
the app.
6. Further operation is controlled
using the app.
7. Open the tap and leave it open
for operation.
Disconnecting the valve from
the hose and water line
1. Close the tap.
2. Release the garden hose from
the valve.
3. Pull the white ring of the quick
connector on the valve downward
and pull the valve o the hose
connection of the tap.
Maintenance
• Check whether the connections
are free of leaks.
• Clean the solar cells and housing
using a damp cloth if necessary.
Disabling before winter
1. Unscrew the water supply for the
garden.
2. Remove the valve.
3. Enable winter mode in the app
for each irrigation area.

This opens each of the valves.
4. Store the valve in a dry place at
-5 °C to 50 °C.
Activation in spring
1. Exit winter mode in the app.
2. Exit winter mode on the valve.
To do so, hold the magnet at the
middle of the top edge of the so-
lar cell of the valve for 1 second.
3. Open the tap and leave it open
for operation.
Reset
In order to reset the valve to the fac-
tory default, hold the magnet at the
middle of the top edge of the solar
cell for at least 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting
Magnet no longer
available
• Use any commer-
cially available
whiteboard
magnet
Valve is not detected • Reduce the
distance to the
cube
• Unit or cube is in
shade. Select a
different location
for the cube or
valve.
No water is flowing • Check the filter in
the valve (visual
inspection).
Clean the filter if
necessary. To do
so, flush the valve
in the direction
opposite the nor-
mal flow.
Quick connector or
hose connection
leaking
• Check for a
secure fit
Battery of the valve is
not charged
• Clean solar cell
• Turn the solar cell
toward the sun
