MultiSync EX Series Dedicated Carrying Case (SC-EX23/SC-EX20) User’s Manual

This carrying case is designed to contain a MultiSync EX series monitor with a photo frame stand (ST-EX2023) installed. It is not

intended to be used for long time storage. It cannot contain the height-adjustable stand.

Do not place the case near water or in areas exposed to water

• Do not use the case in places exposed to water such as the following. To prevent ﬁre or shock hazards,

do not put any object containing water on the carrying case.

• Do not use outside when it is raining or snowing, or in places like the seashore or waterside

• Do not use in the bathroom

• Do not put ﬂower pots, plant pots, cups, cosmetics, medicines, etc., on the carrying case

In the event the carrying case has been wet, wait until it is completely dry before using it. Also remove any

foreign substance that may enter the case. Storing a LCD monitor when the carrying case is wet or containing

a foreign substance may lead to a ﬁre or a shock hazard.

When handling the carrying case

Handle with

care

• Do not shake or throw the case with a monitor inside. Do not store in the case objects other than LCD

monitors and attached accessories, or a stand other than the photo frame stand (ST-EX2023). To avoid

malfunction, do not apply excessive force to the monitor. Also be careful not to drop the carrying case,

as it may lead to an injury.

Caution

• Place the case on its side to open it.

For other handling precautions, see the User’s Manual of the LCD monitor.

Recommended use

• Carrying a LCD monitor

• Pay attention to the monitor’s orientation. Store it properly in the case before carrying it.

• Store the monitor properly with LCD panel in contact with the reinforced side inside the case.

• Always secure the monitor with the straps.

• Do not expose the LCD monitor to shock or apply strong pressure on it by shaking, dropping or pressing it, or by putting objects on it.

• Do not use this case to send a monitor through delivery service or freight transportation. It may cause a malfunction.

• If manipulating a damaged LCD panel, pay attention not to get injured with glass fragments. Be also careful not to inhale or swallow

liquid crystals that may leak from the panel. They are toxic. In the event they enter your mouth or come into contact with your eyes, rinse with

water and consult a physician. If your hands or cloths are stained with liquid crystals, wipe it off with alcohol and wash with water.

• Storing a LCD monitor

Place the carrying case on an even surface to open it.

• When storing a LCD monitor in the the carrying case, fold the photo frame stand’s foot onto the monitor’s body. Storing a monitor with

the stand’s unfolded may lead to a malfunction.

• Strongly pull the ends of the straps to secure the monitor inside the carrying case with the hook and loop fasteners.

• Store the cabling evenly inside to right and left pockets referring to the ﬁgure below. Do not insert more than 3 accessories in a single

pocket. They may apply pressure on the monitor and cause a malfunction.

• Make sure to tighten all the fasteners.

MultiSync EXシリーズ専用キャリングバッグ（SC-EX23/SC-EX20）取扱説明書

このキャリングバッグは、MultiSync EXシリーズにフォトフレームスタンド（ST-EX2023)をつけた状態で持ち運ぶためのものです。

長期保管用ではありません。高さ調節機能付き標準スタンドは収納できません。

注意

水場や水にぬれるような所には置かない

水ぬれ禁止

● 次のような水にぬれるおそれがある所では使用しないでください。

またキャリングバッグの上に水の入った容器を置かないでください。火災・感電の原因となります。

・雨天や降雪時、海岸や水辺で使用しない

・風呂やシャワー室で使用しない

・キャリングバッグの上に花びん、植木鉢、コップ、化粧品、薬品を置かない

万一キャリングバッグがぬれた場合は、乾かしてから使用してください。また、キャリングバッグ内に異物が

入った場合は取り除いてください。ぬれたり異物が入ったキャリングバッグに液晶ディスプレイを収納すると、

火災・感電の原因となることがあります。

キャリングバッグの取り扱いについて

無理な扱いは

しない

● 液晶ディスプレイを収納して振り回さないでください。また、液晶ディスプレイおよび液晶ディスプレイの

添付品以外およびフォトフレームスタンド（ST-EX2023)以外のスタンドは入れないでください。

液晶ディスプレイに無理な力がかかって故障の原因となったり、キャリングバッグが落下して、けがの原因と

なることがあります。

注意

● キャリングケースを開ける場合は、横に寝かした状態であけてください。

その他の取り扱い注意は、液晶ディスプレイの取扱説明書を参照してください。

お願い

● 液晶ディスプレイの持ち運びについて

・液晶パネルの向きに注意して、キャリングバッグに正しく収納して運んでください。

・キャリングバッグ内の保護面に液晶パネル面が接するように正しく収納してください。

・固定バンドをかならず使用してください。

・振り回したり、落としたり、押さえつけたり、上に物を乗せたりして、液晶ディスプレイ本体に強い衝撃や圧力を与えないでください。

・液晶ディスプレイをキャリングバッグに収納した状態で、宅配便や貨物輸送はしないでください。故障の原因となります。

・液晶パネルが破損した場合は、ガラスで怪我をしないよう、気をつけて取り扱ってください。また、液晶が漏れ出た場合は、液晶を

吸い込んだり、飲んだりすると、中毒を起こす原因になります。万一口に入ってしまったり、目に入ってしまった場合は、水でゆすいで

いただき、医師の診断を受けてください。手や衣類についてしまった場合は、アルコールなどで拭き取り、水洗いしてください。

● 液晶ディスプレイの収納について

キャリングバッグを平らな面において開いてください。

・液晶ディスプレイをキャリングバッグに収納するときは、フォトフレームスタンドの足を本体に接するようにしてください。

開いたまま収納すると、故障の原因となる場合があります。

・固定バンドを両側から強く引っ張って、マジックテープで液晶ディスプレイをキャリングバッグに確実に固定してください。

・ケーブル類は図を参照して、左右のポケットにバランスよく入れてください。１つのポケットに4本以上の付属品を入れないで

ください。付属品が本体を圧迫して故障の原因となる場合があります。

・ファスナーを確実に締めてください。
