Allmänt

Denna serviceinstruktion beskriver hur elpatronskortet

(AA1)kontrolleras i samband med byte av elpatron.

Instruktionen gäller följande produkter:

Elpatronskortet

AA1

Kontroll av

elpatronskortet

Vid byte av defekt ellpatron ska elpatronskortet alltid

kontrolleras för att säkerställa att kortet inte skadats av

den defekta elpatronen. Kortet kontrolleras med både

spänningskontroll och strömkontroll.

Strömkontrollen kan endast göras när en felfri elpatron

är monterad. Innan du sätter i gång ska anläggningen

stå i läge standby ( ).

Spänningskontroll

När den defekta elpatronen kopplats bort, spänningssätt

produkten och kontrollera att det inte nns spänning på

någon av plintarna AA1:X3.

Kontrollen utförs medan produkten står i läge standby

och när det inte nns kablar inkopplade på AA1:X3 eller

AA1:X7.

Om det nns 230V på någon av plintarna AA1:X3 måste

elpatronskortet bytas innan produkten startas igen.

Strömkontroll

När nya elpatronen är monterad, kontrollera att det inte

går ström (Ampere) genom någon av kablarna kopplade

till plintarna AA1:X3.

Om det går ström från någon av plintarna AA1:X3 måste

elpatronskortet bytas innan produkten startas igen.

Elsteg

Aktivera och avaktivera samtliga elsteg via driftsläge

endast tillsats eller via tvångsstyrning och gör därefter

en ny kontroll av spänning och ström.

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

General

These service instructions describe how the electric

addition PCB (AA1)is checked in connection with replace-

ment of the immersion heater.

These instructions apply to the following products:

Products with vertical

electrical cabinet

• F750

• VVM 225

• VVM 310

• VVM 320

• VVM 325

• VVM 500

• F1226

• F1245

• F1255

• F370

• F470

• F730

Products with

horizontal electrical

cabinet

• F1126

• F1145

Electric addition PCB

Checking the electric

addition PCB

When replacing a defective immersion heater, the

electric addition PCB must always be checked to ensure

that the board has not been damage by the defective

immersion heater. The board is checked with both a

voltage check and a current check.

The current check can only be performed when an im-

mersion heater in perfect working order is installed.

Before you get started, the installation must be in

standby mode ( ).

Voltage check

When the defective immersion heater has been discon-

nected, power-up the product and check that there is

no voltage on any of the terminal blocks AA1:X3.

This check is carried out while the product is in standby

mode and with no cables connected to AA1:X3 or

AA1:X7.

If there is 230V on any of the terminal blocks AA1:X3,

the electric addition PCB must be replaced before the

product can be started again.

Current check

When the new immersion heater is installed, check that

there is no current (Amperes) passing through any of

the cables connected to the terminal blocks AA1:X3.

If there is current from any of the terminal blocks

AA1:X3, the electric addition PCB must be replaced be-

fore the product can be started again.

Electrical step

Activate and deactivate all the power steps via additional

heat only operating mode or via forced control, then

perform a new check of voltage and current.
