1、Overview

The instrument is Portable Building Elect ronic Thermometer is a

pr of es si on a l tem pe r at u re mea s ur i n g in str u me nt  de v el op ed

accordin g to the con struction characterist ics of my  country's

construction industry and relevant technical speciﬁcations. It can

displaythemeasuredtemperatureintuitively,accuratelyandquickly,

with good reliability, wide range of use and applications. Warm

operating environment, small size and light weight, easy to carry,

suitable for constr ucti on sites and ﬁeld operations; mainly used fo r

const ructi on, bui lding materials,w ater conservancy, electricp ower,

metallurgy, pe trochemical, po rts, ro ads an d bridges, municipal and

otherbasicconst ructionprojects.

2、ScopeOfApplication

The instrument is suitable for on-site construction temperature

measurement of various construction projects. It can be used with

temperature measurement probes to measure the temperature of

materialsandclinker,suchas:gas,liquid,ﬂuid,mixtureandgranular

materials; a nd embedded te mperature me asurement line. I t can be

used to measure the internal temperature of winter construction

concreteandmassconcrete.

and a metal tube with an outer diameter of 5mm×220mm. TheΦ

frontendofthetubeispackagedwithatemperaturesensor,whichis

suitableformeasuringthetemperatureofmaterialsandclinker.

The instrument is suitable for on-site construction temperature

measurement o f var ious co nstruction projects. It can b e used with

temperature measurement probes to measure the temperature of

materialsandclinker,suchas:gas,liquid,ﬂuid,mixtureandgranular

materials; and embedd ed tempe raturemeasurement line. I t can be

used to measure the internal temperature of winter construction

concreteandmassconcrete.

Tem peraturemeasurementline

Theembeddedtemperaturemeasuringlineismadeofaplug,awire

and a temperature sensor, which is suitable for measuring the

internal temperature of t he concrete. Each temperature m easu rin g

linecanmeasurethetemperatureatonepoint,andt hetemperature

measuringpointcanbearrangedarbitrarilyduringtheconstruction.

In o rder to fa cilitate layered te mpe raturemeasurement,the plugof

each temperature measurement cable has a label aﬃxed with a

correspondinglengt hspeciﬁcation.

5、Usemethod

Usethehostandtemperatureprobetomeasurethetemperature

ofthematerial

Inserttheplugofthetemperatureprobeintothesocketofthehost,

pressthepowerswitch,andinsertthemetalclawofthetemperature

probeintotheobjecttobemeasured,theinsertiondepthisnotless

than1/2ofitslength,andthetemperaturedataisreadonthehostin

abouttwominutes.Whenmeasuringthetemperatureofthemixt ure,

in order to a void ex cessive impact betw een the t empe rature probe

andthehardobjectsinthemixtureandaﬀecttheservicelife,ametal

rod can be used to reserve a hole in the mixture, and then the

temperature probe can be inserted into the hole Temperature

measurement. Th e tempe rature probe should be wiped cle an aft er

eachuse.

select a tempera ture meas u rement lin e with appropri ate leng th

speciﬁcations according to the number and d ep th o f the temperature

m ea s u r e m e nt p o i n t s , f o r e xa m p l e : t h e a ct u a l t e m p e r a t u r e

measurement point depth is 0.2m~0.3m, and the 0.5m temperature

m e a s u r e m e n t l i n e c a n b e s e l e c t e d ; th e a c t u a l t e m p e r a t u r e

measurement The point depth is 2.5m~2.8m, and the temperature

measurement line with a speciﬁcation of 3m can be selected, and so

on. When pre-embedded, steel bars and other pieces can be used as

supports, and the temperature measurement line is tied to the support

according to the distance of the longitudinal temperature measurement

point. The temperature sensor and the support should be insulated.

When pouring the concrete, implant the support with the temperature

measuring wire into the concrete, the temperature sensor is at the

temperature measuring point, and the plug is left outside of the

concrete and covered with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it

clean. For ease of operation, the length of the wire left outside should

be greater than 20cm. When measuring the temperature, press the

power switch of the main unit and insert the plug of the temperature

measurement line into the socket of the main unit, and the temperature

of the corresponding temperature measurement point can be displayed

on the main unit's display screen.

When pouring concrete, reserve temperature measurement holes

according to the winter construction temperature measurement

plan,placeatemperaturemeasurementwireineachhole,andleave

theplugof thetemperaturemeasurementwireoutsidethe holeand

coveritwithaplastic bagtoavoid moistureandkeepit clean.When

measuringthe temperature,pressthepowerswitchofthemainunit

and insert the plug of the temperature measurement line into the

socket of the main unit, and the temperature of thecorresponding

temperaturemeasurementpointcanbedisplayedonthemainunit's

display screen. After each stage of temperature measurement, the

temperature measurement line will be stored for future use. The

temperature measuring line can also be buried in the concrete for

one-timeuse.

Usethehostandtemperaturemeasuringlinetomeasuretheconcrete

temperatureduringwinterconstruction

Useofnighttemperaturereadingandlightingfunction

Whenusedatnightorinadarkenvironment,pressthehostbacklight

switch, the LCD screen canemit blue background light, making the

readingclearandeye-catching.Pressthelightswitch,thelightturns

on,whichisequivalenttoaﬂashlight.

WhenLOBATappearsintheupperleftcornerofthedisplayofthehost

or cannot be turned on normally, it is usuallycaused by insuﬃcient

batteryvoltage,andanewbatter yneedstobereplaced.Themethod

is as follows:Openthe batterycompartment coverbehind the main

unit,takeouttheoldbatteryfrom the batterycompartment, buckle

the new batter y,andthenrestore the batterycompartmentcover to

itsoriginalposition.

7、Batteryreplacement

When the host is not connected to the temperature measuring

probe or the temperaturemeasuringline, "-1"isdisplayedonthe

displayasthepreparationstate.

2Do notuseexcessive forceduring operation. Holdthe plug ﬁrmly

wheninsertingorunpluggingthepluginto oroutof the socketof

thehost.

3Iftheplugorthesocketofthemainunitgetswetduetoaccidental

ingressof water,please wipe it anddry itbeforeusing itto avoid

inaccuratetemperaturemeasurementresults.

4The instrument should be turned oﬀ in time after use, and the

batteryshould be removed whenit isnotusedfor a long timeto

avoiddamagetotheinstrument.

5Do not open the back coverof the mainunit by yourself. Please

send it back to the manufacturer or agency when you need to

repairorcalibrateit.
