INSTALLATION

Installation from the CD/DVD/USB ash drive

Insert the CD, DVD or USB ash drive into your computer’s CD/DVD drive or USB

port. If your computer does NOT have AutoPlay enabled, the installation will not

start. To start the installation process, follow the steps below.

1. Access the CD/DVD/USB drive from Windows Explorer:

• : Type explorer or computer using the feature or directly Windows 8 Search

at the Start screen.

• : Double-click on your computer’s Desktop. Windows 7 or Vista Computer

• : Double-click on your computer’s Desktop. Windows XP My Computer

2. Right-click the CD/DVD/USB drive corresponding to your CD/DVD or USB ash

drive.

3. Click . Explore

4. Double-click the installation le to start the installation process:

• Installation le in the CD/DVD Install.exe

• Installation le in the USB ash drive:

• (for Panda Antivirus Pro 2014) PandaAP14.exe

• (for Panda Internet Security 2014) PandaIS14.exe

• (for Panda Global Protection 2014) PandaGP14.exe

• (for Panda Gold Protection)PandaGL.exe

The installation wizard of Panda’s 2014 products will download the latest available

version of the program.

5. Enter the Activation Code. You’ll nd it printed on the envelope that contains

the CD or in the email you received if you bought the product on the Internet.

6. Click to accept the end-user license agreement. You can Accept and Install

access it by clicking the License Agreement link.

7. After the installation process nishes, enter your email address to create a

PANDA ACCOUNT, from which you will be able to manage your services,

obtain updates and enjoy all the benets of your Panda 2014 product.

It is important that you dedicate some time to creating this account, as it will

also allow you to recover your activation code if you lose it.

8. Verify your account through the email message that you will receive at the

email address that you entered in the previous step. Then you will be able to

start enjoying your Panda 2014 product.
