Important safety instructions

Read this user manual carefully before you use the spout cup and

save it for future reference. Always assemble and disassemble

the spout cup as shown in the gure in this user manual.

For your child’s safety and health

Warning:

Check the spout cup before each use. If any damage or crack

is detected, stop using the spout cup immediately.

•

Always use this product with adult supervision.

•

Continuous and prolonged sipping of uids will cause tooth

decay.

•

Always check the food temperature before feeding.

•

Never use feeding nipples as a pacier.

•

Do not allow children to play with small par ts or walk /run

while using bottles or cups.

•

Keep all components not in use out of the reach of children.

Caution:

•

Before rst use, disassemble all parts and clean and sterilize

them thoroughly (see chapter ‘Cleaning and sterilization’) (Fig. 1).

•

Do not heat up any liquid or food in the microwave.

•

Make sure all par ts are properly assembled before you give

the spout cup to your child (Fig. 1).

•

This spout cup is intended for use with diluted drinks.

Water and milk are the best drinks for children of any age.

•

This spout cup is not designed for preparing infant formula.

Do not use the spout cup to mix and shake infant formula as

this can clog the holes and cause the spout cup to leak .

•

Do not over tighten the drinking top on the spout cup.

•

Spouts are available separately. Only use Philips Avent spouts

(SCF246). For hygiene reasons, replace spouts af ter 3 months

of use.
