Product Description
Digital wristwatch with alarm, date, stopwatch with lap-times,
countdown timer, double time zones and multi coloured background
light. Water resistant 100 m.

Display
Use
Set time
1. When the watch displays
time press and hold RESET
until the seconds indicator
starts to blink.
2. Press start/stop to reset the seconds display.
3. Press MODE to switch to
the next setting mode.
4. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 to make all settings. The frequency on the
settings are: Seconds – Hours – Minutes- Year – Month – Date.
6. Push RESET when you have made your settings. The day of
the week is automatically set when the year, month and date is
set.
Switch between 12 and 24 hour display
When the watch displays time press RESET to
switch between 12 and 24 hour display. PM is
shown on the display in the 12 hour display mode
and 24H in the 24 hour display mode.
Show date
When the watch displays time press and hold
Start/Stop to display date and year.
Alarm with hourly signal
When the alarm is activated the signal will sound every day at the
set time. You shut it off by pressing any button. Otherwise the alarm
will sound for about 60 secs. When the hourly signal is activated
the watch will sound every hour on the hour.
Set the time for the alarm
1. When the watch displays time press MODE
repeatedly to get to the alarm mode. Press
RESET once. The alarm symbol is shown on
display and the hours start blinking.
2. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
3. Press MODE to switch to
the next setting mode.
4. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
5. Press RESET when you have made your settings to save
them. Press MODE repeatedly to return to the normal time
display.
Activating the alarm and hourly signal
- When the watch displays time press MODE
repeatedly to get to the alarm mode. Press
start/stop once. The alarm symbol is shown
on the display.
- Press Start/Stop repeatedly to activate the
hour signal or alarm and the hour signal
combined.
The alarm and hourly signal can be combined in the following way:
- Only the alarm (alarm symbol will show on display).
- Only the hour signal (the symbol for hour signal is shown on
display)
- Both alarm and hour signal (both symbols are shown on display
at the same time)
Stopwatch
Without Split time
1. Press MODE repeatedly to get to the
stopwatch.
2. Press start/stop button to
set the stopwatch.
3. Stop the stopwatch by
pressing Start/Stop again.
4. Press RESET to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Functions
Press MODE repeatedly to change functions. The sequence
is: Time, alarm, stopwatch, countdown function (timer), time for
different time zone.
a) Time
- 12/24 hour display
- Displays hours,minutes, seconds,
weekday and date.
- 50 year calendar (2000 – 2049)
b) Alarm
-The alarm will sound every day at the set time.
c) Stopwatch
- Accuracy 1/100 seconds.
- Timer range: 00:00:00 –
23:59:99
d) Countdown Timer
- Countdown time: 23:59:99 – 00:00:00
e) Double time zones
– Displays time for two time
zones.

With Split Time
1. Press MODE repeatedly to get to the
stopwatch.
2. Press Start/Stop to start the stopwatch.
3. Press RESET to display
the split time. SPL is shown
on the display. The
stopwatch is not visible but
continues to count in the
background.
4. Press RESET to return to the stopwatch, that
continued counting in the background.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 as many times as desired.
6. Press Start/Stop to stop the stopwatch.
7. Press RESET to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Countdown Timer
- When the watch has counted down to zero the alarm will
sound. You shut it off by pressing any button. Otherwise the
alarm will sound for about 60 seconds.
- You can set it up to 60 minutes.
Set the countdown time
1. Press MODE repeatedly to get to the countdown timer mode.
TA is shown on the display.
2. Press RESET for the
minutes to start blinking to
make the desired setting.
3. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
4. Press MODE to get to the
next setting mode.
5. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
6. Push RESET when you have made your settings.
Using the countdown timer
1. Set the countdown timer according to the instructions above.
2. Press Start/Stop to set the countdown timer.
3. Press Start/Stop again if you wish to pause
the countdown.
Double time zones
Set time zone 2
1. Press MODE repeatedly to get to the time zone 2 mode. T2
shows on the display.
2. Press RESET for the hours
to start blinking to make the
desired setting.
3. Press start/stop repeatedly to gradually
increase the digits. Hold in the button to
increase the digits quickly.
4. Press MODE to set the
minutes.
5. Press Start/Stop to change the minutes.
Pressing once changes the watch 30 minutes.
6. Push RESET when you have made your
settings.
Backlight
- The background light consists of a light
plate which makes the digits easy to read
in the dark.
- The background lights up with a push of
the button at any time. The display lights
up for about 4 seconds.
Care and Maintenance
- Never try to open the casing.
- Do not press the buttons when the watch is under water.
- If moisture gets inside the watch contact our customer service
department immediately. Moisture inside the watch could cause
damage to the metal parts.
- The watch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary blows.
- Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures.
- Clean the watch using a dry, soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents
since this can cause damage to the plastic parts on the watch.
- Avoid wearing the watch in strong electromagnetic
environments.
Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you
are unsure about how to dispose of this product contact your
municipality.
