From real time mode press “B” to switch to Alarm
mode. “AL” will be displayed at the top of the
screen.
• Hourly chime setting
• The alarm sounds at the preset time each day
• Snooze function
• 1/100 second unit
• Measuring range: 0hrs 00’00”00 - 23hrs 59’59”99
• Set a dierent time zone
Press “B” to change the mode in the following
sequence:
•12hr/24hr time format
•Seconds, Hours, Minutes, Year, Month, Date
•Calendar
•Set a countdown from 1 minute up to 24hrs
•Alarm will sound when the timer reaches 0
•Button operations are indicated using the letters
shown on the below illustration.
Never try to open the case or remove its back
cover.
Do not operate the buttons under water.
Should moisture appear inside the watch, have it
checked immediately by your dealer. Otherwise it
can cause erosion of the metal parts of the watch.
Although the watch is designed to withstand normal
use, you should avoid rough use or dropping the
watch.
Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures.
Wipe the watch with a dry and soft cloth only. Avoid
allowing it to come into direct contact with chemical
materials that can cause deterioration of the plastic
parts of the watch.
Avoid wearing the watch in electromagnetic or
static conditions.

Snooze Function
With the month and date left blank, the alarm
will sound at the time set every day.
The alarm will sound for 10 seconds at the set
time. Press any button to turn the alarm off.
•With the snooze (Snz) function turned on, when
the alarm sounds, press any button to snooze
the alarm for 5 minutes.
•The alarm will sound 5 minutes later, and stop
automatically after sounding for 10 seconds.
• Press any button to snooze for a further 5
minutes.
•From the alarm mode screen, press “D” to
switch to the hourly chime setting screen
( :00 will be displayed).
•Press “C” to on/off the hourly chime ( )
• The chime will sound on the hour, every hour,
until turned off.

When in real time mode, press and hold “C”
until the seconds begin to flash. This selects
the seconds for adjustment.
Press “D” to reset the seconds.
Press “B” to select the hour. Press “D” to
increase the hour. Press and hold “D” to
increase at high speed.
Press “B” again to select the minutes. Press
“D” to adjust the minutes. Press and hold
“D” to adjust at high speed.
Press “B” again to show the year. Press “D”
to increase the year. Press and hold “D” to
adjust at high speed. The year can be set
between 2000-2099.
Press “B” again to select the month. Press
“D” to adjust the month. Press and hold “D”
to adjust at high speed.
Press “B” again to select the date. Press “D”
to adjust the date. Press and hold “D” to
adjust at high speed.
Press “C” to exit the time/date setting
mode.

Press and hold “C” until the hour digit begins

Press “B” again to select the minutes. Press

“D” to increase at high speed.
Press “C” to exit the setting screen.
Press “D” to start the countdown.
To pause the countdown press “D”. Press “D”
again to resume the countdown.
While paused, press “C” to reset the
countdown.
•Timers can be set to countdown from 1 minute
up to 24 hours.
•When the timer reaches zero, the alarm will
sound for 15 seconds.
• Press any key to stop the alarm, and the timer
will automatically reset.

To set the countdown to a time period of 24
hours, set it to 0:00 00
While the timer is running, press “B” to switch
modes. The timer will continue to run.

times to switch to Dual Time mode.

Press “C” to display the split time. “SPL”
will be displayed at the top of the screen.
The stopwatch will continue timing
internally.
Press “C” again to continue timing.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to measure multiple
split times.
When “SPL” is displayed, press “D” to exit
split time and stop the stopwatch.
Press “C” to reset the stopwatch.
