Uso
Impugnare la paletta pizza sempre dal
manico per movimentare gli alimenti senza
rischi di scottature. Si consiglia di
cospargere leggermente la superficie
d’acciaio di farina, per facilitare la
scorrevolezza dei prodotti freschi che,
essendo umidi, potrebbero aderire
all’acciaio.

Il manico della paletta pizza è richiudibile
per facilitare la sua rimessa dopo l’utilizzo.

Prima di utilizzare la paletta pizza è
necessario aprire completamente il manico
fino a sentire un click di aggancio. Soltanto
in questo modo il manico si bloccherà per
consentirne un corretto utilizzo.

Pulizia e manutenzione
Per la pulizia della paletta, utilizzare
spugne non abrasive e acqua calda.
Evitare l’utilizzo di detersivi e/o spugne che
possano rovinare la superficie in acciaio o
il manico.

Always grip the pizza spatula by the
handle when moving food to avoid the risk
of burns. You are advised to dust the steel
surface lightly with flour to make it easier to
slide fresh products on and off, as they
could stick to the steel due to their moisture
content.

The pizza spatula handle can be folded
away for ease of storage after use.

Before using the pizza spatula, the handle
must be fully opened until you hear a click
as it engages. Only then will the handle be
locked and ready for proper usage.

Cleaning and maintenance
To clean the spatula, use non-abrasive
sponges and hot water. Do not use
detergents and/or sponges that could ruin
the steel surface or the handle.
