Before rst use, wash your cookware thoroughly with warm soapy water.
PRACTICAL TIPS
Always rinse the food with cold water before cooking;
Choose acooking zone appropriate for the size of the pot. Always place your cookware centrally
on the cooking zone. Note: if using a gas stove, adjust the size of the ame so that it does not
extend up the sides of the pot;
Never add salt when cookware is lled with cold water or empty;
After bringing your food to aboiling point, turn the heat down just enough to keep the pot
boiling;
When cooking dense foods and when reheating, bring the temperature up slowly, stirring
frequently;
When handling pots lled with food, always hold both handles at the same time;
Never perform any repairs, modications or alterations on your own;
Stop using your cookware immediately if you detect any damage to the handles;
Wash after each use with standard dishwashing liquids;
Hand-washing recommended;
To remove food remains sticking to the bottom surface, ll the pot with asmall amount of
soapy water and allow to stand for afew minutes;
Never use any abrasive scouring pads or metal scourers, as they can leave scratches on the
surface;
It is necessary to use wooden or plastic spoons (spatulas) to mix food to avoid damages of
non-stick surfaces.
