THIS IS A LIMITED 90 DAYS WARRANTY FROM
THE DAY OF PURCHASE ON YOUR SALES RECIEPT
DISCLAIMER: This warranty is valid only in the United States of America
and does not extend to owners of the product other than the original
purchaser. Under no circumstances Amethyst or EGY Handel or LANCHIYA
TECHNOLOGIES, their affiliates, contractors, resellers, their officers, or
agents, or directors, or shareholders or insurers will be liable to you or third
party for any consequential or incidental damages. We reserve the right to
replace a discontinued models or unit with a comparable model. Any
replacement unit may be new or rebuilt. This warranty is subject to the
limitations and exclusions allowed by the laws of the State where the unit is
sold.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES COVER
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty, Amethyst
warrants that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials
under normal use and conditions, for a period of 90 days starting from the
date of purchase indicated on your sales receipt.
Damaged caused intentionally and non-intentionally by accident, misuse,
abuse, negligence or Act of God.
Damage from failure to follow the instruction provided in our manual and
User Guide
Damage resulting from non-authorized modification and alteration
Damage resulting from power problems In your area
Damage resulting any other general improper use of the unit
Damage resulting from extended use of the unit or for long hours
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
PROCEDURES OF OBTAINING SERVICE

You will be assigned a service number and address to ship the unit
Ship unit to address
Include a copy of your sales receipt if under warranty
If not under warranty: A cashier check or Money order should be
included with the package for the amount of $ 50.00
The $ 50.00 includes only service and repair charges
