• The rear wheel of the bicycle rotates at high spee d when the trainer
is in use.
• When subject to prolong ed use , the enclosur e around the trainer’s
brake may become ver y hot. To avoid possible p ersonal injury, always
allow the brake to cool down after use b ef ore touching it.
• Always remo ve the resistance roll from the re ar whee l when the
trainer is not in use.
• To avoid possible d amag e to the devi ce, never brake abrup tly when
training. When braking the rear whe el, the flywheel continue s to
rotate which may cause unnecessary wear to the br ake cylinder a nd
the rear tire.
• Improper use and/ or maintenance of the trainer w ill void the warranty.
• Fo r best po ssible per fo rmance and to avoid expe r iencing
imbalance/vibr ation while u sing the trainer, avoid dro pp ing the
trainer d uring assembly.

or perso ns with reduce d physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or

Thank you for bu ying this Tacx prod uct. Tacx aims to provid e the highest
possible qu ality at all time s. Nevertheless, should you have any complaints
please notify us immediately. The following warranty conditions apply
without pre judice to the stipulations in Tacx’s General Terms and
Conditions.
The warranty period for new Tacx produ cts is 2 years, calculated from the
date of purchase, or, if the product is not delivered immediately o n the date
of purchase, the date that the p rodu ct is delivered. The warranty applies to
the first owner of the pro duct only. Moreover , the warranty only applies if
an original proof of purchase can be furnished . If you have any questions or
would like to analyse a problem, always visit the Tacx website first. Many
cases relate to a software pro blem and not a hardware prob lem. Neve r
return parts be fore a thoroug h analysis has been carried out.
Wa rra nty
1. Should a fault occur within the warranty period as a result of a
material and/or manufacturing fault, Tacx g u arantee s that this fault
will be re paired w ithout cost and/or to re p lace the de fe ctive part.
S hould re pair or re placement not be possible, o r cannot reasonably
be exp ected of Tacx, then Tacx rese rves the rig ht to re imburse the
market value of the part that has bee n returned.
2. If a part is replaced within the produ ct’s warranty period , the orig inal
warranty per iod fo r the prod uct applies to this part also. The orig inal
warranty perio d is there fo re never ex tended o r rene wed by
replacement in the interim.
3. When a fault arises this should be notified to Tacx in writing as soo n as
possible, but not later than two months after it has been discovered or it
should have been discovered .
4. There is no entitlement to claim under the warranty and all
warranties are invalidated if the defect is the resul t of:
a) maintenance work/re pair work no t carried out by Tacx or in the Tacx
Se rvice Centre;
b) improp er use, there fore, use fo r a purpo se other than the purpo se
for which the prod uct is intende d;
c) the us e o f parts that are not orig inal Tacx parts;
d) chang es to the produ ct, which have bee n implemented without
permission from Tacx;
e) normal wear and tear and/or poo r maintenance;
f) external influences, such as moisture penetration (perspiration,
condensation or others).
5. There is also no warranty in relatio n to damage to the produ ct which
occurs while the produ ct is being shippe d/ transported.
