BESCHRIJVING APPARAAT
Over dit apparaat
De Tristar IK-6162 is een inductiekookplaat met een digitaal bedieningspaneel,
geschikt voor ijzeren pannen (roestvrij staal, roestvrij ijzer, gietijzer).
Beoogd gebruik
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik binnenshuis.
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor huishoudelijk, niet-commercieel gebruik.
Dit apparaat is bedoeld om gebruikt te worden in huishoudelijke en soortgelijke
toepassingen zoals:
- personeelskeukenbereiken in winkels, kantoren en andere werkomgevingen;
- boerderijen;
- door klanten in hotels, motels en andere types residentiële omgevingen;
- omgevingen van het type bed and breakfast
Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen ( waaronder kinderen) met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens, of gebrek aan ervaring
en kennis, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan of instructies hebben gekregen betreffende
het gebruik van het apparaat van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun
veiligheid.

VEILIGHEID
Veiligheidsvoorzorgsmaatregelen
• Door de veiligheidsinstructies te negeren, kan de
fabrikant niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden
voor de schade.
• Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, moet deze
worden vervangen door de fabrikant, diens
servicedienst of gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerd
personeel om gevaren te voorkomen.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit door aan het snoer
te trekken en zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet
verstrikt raakt.
• De gebruiker mag het apparaat niet onbeheerd
achterlaten terwijl het op de voeding is
aangesloten.
• Dit apparaat is uitsluitend voor huishoudelijk

WARNING

CAUTION
• The plate is hot after use, please do not touch
with your hand.
• After use, the fan keeps working to dissipate the
heat. You can only unplug the power cord when
the fan stops working.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective
foil or plastic from the device.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners,
scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
USE
Place the appropriate pot on the heating area of the machine, and plug the machine
power cord into the appropriate power socket. You will hear a sound which indicates
that the machine is powered on. All displays light up for 1 second, and then the display
turns off again.

• The left display screen will show the default power of 1400. There are 10 power
levels for adjustment: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, and 2000.

• The right display screen will show the default power of 1200.There are 10 power
levels for adjustment: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1100, 1200,1300, 1400, and 1500

setting. The light above the timer button B will light up and the default timer "0:00"
will appear on the display screen B

If you press and hold the + or - buttons, the time will increase or decrease by 10
minutes. After setting the time, the machine will automatically confirm the timer and
enter the countdown state after 5 seconds. The display B will alternately show the
current power and remaining time. The cooker will automatically shut down when
the time is up (time setting range: 0:01-3:00).
2. If you wish to cancel the timer, you can set the timer to 0:00, and after 5 seconds,
the cooker will automatically cancel the timer setting.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always clean the device after each use.
• Wait to unplug the power cord till the fan stops working.
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids or place it in a dishwasher.
• Never use aggressive chemical cleaning agents that can damage the appliance
when cleaning the appliance.
• Never use any sharp or metal objects when cleaning the appliance.

STORAGE
Unplug the device whenever it is not in use. Allow it to cool, then store it in a safe,
dry location. Never wrap the cord around the appliance. This will cause the cord to
wear and break prematurely. Handle the cord carefully and avoid jerking, twisting, or
straining it, especially at plug connections.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use
separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information
regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are
disposed of in landlls or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into
the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and
well-being. When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is
legally obligated to take back your old appliance for disposals at least free
of charge.

SAFETY
Safety precautions
• By ignoring the safety instructions the
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a

• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord
and make sure the cord cannot become
entangled.
• The user must not leave the appliance
unattended while it is connected to the supply.
• This appliance is only to be used for household
purposes and only for the purpose it is made for.
• This appliance shall not be used by children
