1. Attach the mounting strap unit (A) to the outlet box by using
two mounting screws (B).
Adjust the length of the
preinstalled threaded pipe if necessary.
2. Take a rod and hook one end onto the loop-2 of the
tube and hook another end onto one loop of the fixture.
Repeat with the other rod.
3. Choose two certain same length of the chains (F) you
need.
- Weave the fixture wire and fixture ground wire
through the chain(F) and the canopy kit.
- Connect the two chains (F) to the top loops and
loops-1 with four quick links (E).
Note: Length adjustable from 29-3/4" to 78-3/4".
Use fewer chains if shorter length is desired.
4. Make wire connections using wire connectors (C):
---The smooth wire (marked) from fixture to the
black wire from power source.
---The ridged wire (unmarked) from fixture
to the white wire from power source.
---Attach the fixture ground wire to the mounting
strap unit (A) with the green ground screw,
then connect it to the house ground wire with the wire connector (C).
Carefully tuck wires back into the outlet box.
5. Attach the canopy kit to the mounting strap unit (A) by inserting the threaded pipe, then secure
it with the finial (D).
6. Install 3 x 60W max. medium base bulbs (not included) . See relamping label at socket area or
packaging for maximum wattage allowed.
