ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO SHUT OFF
POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE.
NOTE: 1. Before installing, consult local electrical codes for wiring and grounding requirements.

Hardware Package (included):
1. Unscrew the two bolt nuts (F).
Remove the mounting bracket unit from the backplate.
2. 2a. For Mounting to wood:
Place the mounting bracket unit to the wood and
mark the target on the wall from the set holes for
drilling two holes, remove the mounting bracket unit.
Secure the drywall screws (B).
2b. For Mounting to cement wall:
Place the mounting bracket unit to the cement wall and mark
the target on the wall from the set holes for drilling two holes,
remove the mounting bracket unit. Drill the holes and thread the
anchors (A) into the holes. Secure the drywall screws (B) through
the set holes into the anchors (A).
3. Attach the backplate to the mounting bracket unit by aligning and inserting the two fixture mounting screws from the
mounting bracket unit into the open holes on the backplate, then exposed fixture mounting screws before screwing
the two bolt nuts (F).
4. Secure the two rods onto the backplate using the threaded pipe.
5. Secure the glass shade onto the glass holder and tighten the glass shade with the socket ring.
Install 1 X 60W medium base bulb (not included). See relamping label at socket area or packaging for maximum
wattage allowed.
6. Insert the plug into the electrical outlet.
Turn on the rotary switch.
