The following procedure will make it easier to remove
your SelectTech® dumbbell from its packaging.
The dumbbell is heavy. Ask for assistance if necessary.
• Open the top flaps of the shipping box and remove the
upper section of foam.
Remove the plastic wrapper.
• Remove the reusable Restraint Strap. See 1.
•
Set selection numbers on the adjustment knobs to 41 on
both ends of dumbbell (
see 2
), and remove the dumbbell
(see 3). If necessary, set the knobs to a lower weight and
remove the dumbbell and weight plates separately.
•
Remove the base from the package, and place on floor or
dumbbell stand
. See 4.
•
Place dumbbell in the base
.
When moving the dumbbell assembly, use the handles that are
molded into each end of the base.
Note: If the dumbbell assembly is to be used for retail display,
secure the dumbbell with the reusable strap after
assembly.
In a retail display setting, the restraint strap allows enough
movement for demonstration, but prevents damage to the unit
and helps to avoid dropping and/or misuse by consumers.

®®
Gehen Sie wie im Folgenden beschrieben vor, um die
SelectTech® Hantel leichter aus der Verpackung zu entnehmen.
Die Hantel ist schwer. Bitten Sie gegebenenfalls eine
andere Person um Hilfe.
• Öffnen Sie die Versandbox auf der Oberseite und
entnehmen Sie das oben liegende Styropormaterial.
Entfernen Sie die Kunststoffverpackung.
• Entfernen Sie den wiederverwendbaren
Befestigungsriemen. Siehe Abbildung 1.
•
Stellen Sie die Einstellräder auf beiden Seiten der Hantel
auf 41 (
siehe Abbildung 2
) und nehmen Sie die Hantel
heraus (siehe Abbildung 3). Stellen Sie die Einstellräder,
falls nötig, auf einen kleineren Wert, und entnehmen Sie
Hantel und Gewichtsscheiben separat.
•
Nehmen Sie die Halterung aus der Verpackung, und stellen
Sie sie auf den Boden oder auf die Hantelablage
. Siehe
Abbildung 4.

Legen Sie die Hantel auf die Halterung
.
Wenn Sie das Hantel-Kit bewegen, benutzen Sie dafür die
Handgriffe auf beiden Seiten der Halterung.
Hinweis: Wenn die Hantelhalterung zu Ausstellungszwecken
im Verkauf verwendet werden soll, sichern
Sie die Hantel nach dem Aufbau mit dem
wiederverwendbaren Befestigungsriemen.
Bei der Aufstellung im Verkauf bietet der Befestigungsriemen
genügend Spielraum zur Demonstration, verhindert jedoch
gleichzeitig Schäden am Produkt sowie ein Herabfallen oder
eine missbräuchliche Verwendung durch Kunden.

Siguiendo estas indicaciones le será más fácil sacar la
mancuerna SelectTech® de su caja.
La mancuerna es pesada. Pida ayuda si lo necesita.
• Abra la caja del embalaje por arriba y retire la protección
superior de espuma.
Retire el envoltorio plástico.
• Retire la cinta de retención reutilizable. Véase 1.
•
Establezca los números de selección en los pomos de
ajuste en 41 en ambos extremos de la mancuerna (
véase 2
)
y retire la mancuerna (véase 3). Si es necesario, establezca
los pomos a un peso inferior y retire la mancuerna y las
pesas por separado.
•
Retire la base del paquete y colóquela en el suelo o en el
soporte de mancuernas
. Véase 4.
•
Coloque la mancuerna en la base
.
Para mover el conjunto mancuerna-base, utilice las
agarraderas moldeadas en la base.
Nota: Si el conjunto de mancuernas van a exponerse en una
tienda, sujete las mancuernas con la cinta de retención
después del montaje.
Si las mancuernas van a a tenerse expuestas en un escaparate,
la cinta de retención permite una movilidad suficiente, pero
impide que la unidad se deteriore y ayuda a evitar caídas
accidentales que pueden lesionar a los clientes.
