air styler.

12. Attachments may be hot during use.
Allow them to cool before handling.
13. Do not place appliance on any surface while
it is operating.
14. While using the appliance, keep your hair
out of it. Keep your hair away from the air inlets.
15. Do not use with a voltage converter.
16. This appliance is not a toy. Keep away from

OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance is intended for household use
only. Use on Alternating Current (60 hertz) only.
Standard hot air stylers are designed to operate
at 110 to 125 volts AC.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a quali-
fied electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
NOTE: Do not use this styling appliance on
hair extensions.
CHECK ALCI SAFETY FEATURE EVERY TIME
YOU USE APPLIANCE.
This appliance is equipped with an Appliance
Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ALCI), a safety
feature that renders it inoperable under some
abnormal conditions, such as immersion in
water. To make sure the ALCI is functioning
properly, perform the following test. The
purpose of this test is to allow you to make sure
the water sensing system (ALCI) is working.
1. Plug in the appliance and press test button
on plug (see diagram).
2. The appliance will stop working. There will be
an audible click and reset button will pop out. This
indicates the ALCI is functioning properly.
3. To reset ALCI with a reset button, unit should
be unplugged. Then push reset button in and
reinsert plug into outlet.
4. If ALCI is not functioning properly, return
appliance to service center.
5. It is important that if immersion occurs, this
unit be brought to a service center. Do not try
to reset.
6. Be sure to repeat test every time you use the
unit to confirm ALCI is operational.
Should the appliance go off and the reset
button pop up during use, this could indicate a
malfunction in the unit. Remove plug from outlet
and allow the appliance to cool. Reinsert plug
into outlet.
The appliance should then function normally.
If not, return it to an authorized Conair Service
Center for evaluation and repair.

THE IONIZING FUNCTION

Low Setting: This position combines ideal
airflow and temperature setting for shaping fine,
damaged or treated hair.
High Setting: Combines ideal airflow with higher
temperature for styling thick hair.
Cool Setting: Using the cool setting at the end
sets the style for a long-lasting effect.
GETTING STARTED
No need to dry, section or brush hair before use.
Plug styler into outlet. Slide switch to turn appli-
ance ON and OFF.
TO STYLE HAIR
If you have long or thick hair, you may find it
quicker and easier to use a hairdryer first to dry
your hair and remove the excess moisture. For
added volume, turn your head upside down as
you dry.
Once the hair is 80% dry, you can start to create
your style using the InfinitiPRO by Conair
®
Hot Air
Paddle Brush Styler.
1. Place the paddle brush attachment into the hair,
close to the roots, and brush through the section.
2. For added root lift and volume: Place the brush
underneath the hair section close to the roots with
the bristles pointing upward. Use your other hand
to pull the hair section taut against the silicone
paddle until the bristles penetrate through the hair.
3. FOR MORE VOLUME: Turn your head upside
down while you brush/dry.

DE OPERACIÓN
Para uso doméstico solamente. Utilícelo
solamente con corriente alterna (60 Hz). Este
aparato p1-ha sido diseñado para funcionar con
corriente de 110 V a 125 V AC.
El cable de este aparato está dotado de un
enchufe polarizado (una pata es más ancha
que la otra). Como medida de seguridad,
aquel enchufe se podrá enchufar de una sola
manera en las tomas de corriente polarizadas.
Si el enchufe no entra en la toma de corriente,
inviértalo. Si aun así no entra completamente,
comuníquese con un electricista. No intente ir
en contra de esta función de seguridad.
NOTA: no utilice este aparato en cabello
sintético/extensiones.
PRUEBE EL INTERRUPTOR DE CONTROL DE
POTENCIA ANTES DE CADA USO
Este aparato está dotado de un interruptor de
control de potencia (ALCI, por sus siglas en
inglés) que apaga el aparato inmediatamente
si este cae al agua. Haga la prueba siguiente
antes de cada uso para asegurarse de que el
interruptor de control de potencia y el sistema
de detección de agua funcionan correctamente:
1. Enchufe el aparato y apriete el botón de
prueba (véase el gráfico más abajo).
2. El aparato dejará de funcionar. Se oirá
un “clic” y el botón de reinicio saltará; esto
significa que el interruptor de control de
potencia está funcionando debidamente.
3. Para reajustarlo, desconecte el aparato,
oprima el botón de reinicio y vuelva a conectar
el cable.
4. Si el interruptor de control de potencia no
funciona correctamente, regrese el aparato a
un centro de servicio autorizado.
5. Si el aparato se cae al agua, es muy
importante que lo regrese a nuestro centro de
servicio; no intente reajustarlo.
6. Pruebe el interruptor de control de potencia
antes de cada uso para comprobar que está
funcionando correctamente.
Si el aparato se apaga y el botón de reinicio
salta durante el uso, esto puede indicar un mal
funcionamiento. En caso de que esto suceda,
desconecte el aparato y permita que se enfríe.
Luego, vuelva a conectar el cable a la toma de
corriente.
El aparato debería funcionar normalmente. De
no ser así, regréselo a un centro de servicio
autorizado para que lo revisen y lo reparen.

FUNCIÓN IÓNICA
La función iónica genera iones negativos
que pueden:
• neutralizar la carga positiva en el cabello
con frizz
• eliminar la estática
• agregar brillo
NOTA: puede que el aparato emita un
chasquido de vez en cuando; esto es
normal y es debido a la alta cantidad
de iones generados por el generador de
iones.
2 AJUSTES DE TEMPERATURA
+ AIRE FRÍO
Bajo (LOW): ideal para el cabello fino, dañado
o tratado.
Alto (HIGH): combinación de aire/calor ideal
para peinar el cabello grueso/espeso.
Aire frío (COOL): fija el peinado para estilos que
duran más tiempo.
FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO
No es necesario secar, dividir ni cepillar el
cabello antes del uso. Conecte el cable a
una toma de corriente. Deslice el botón de
encendido/apagado hacia “ON” para encender
la unidad.
CÓMO PEINAR EL CABELLO
Si su cabello es muy largo o abundante, le
recomendamos que lo pre-seque con un
secador para eliminar el exceso de humedad.
Incline la cabeza hacia abajo durante el secado
para conseguir más volumen.
Cuando el cabello esté seco al 80%, péinelo
con el cepillo de aire alisador InfinitiPRO by
Conair
®
.
1. Coloque el cepillo debajo de una sección
de cabello, cerca del cuero cabelludo, y bájelo
lentamente hacia las puntas.
2. Para dar cuerpo y volumen: coloque el cepillo
debajo de la sección de cabello, cerca del cuero
cabelludo, con las cerdas apuntando hacia arriba.
Con la otra mano, estire el cabello hacia abajo
a través de las cerdas de manera que el cabello
quede contra el revestimiento de silicona.
3. PARA OBTENER MÁS VOLUMEN: Incline la
cabeza hacia abajo durante el secado/peinado.
