Put your right foot on the Step Deck straight.
Put your le foot back on the oor. Put your 
right foot back on the oor.
Put your le foot diagonally on the Step Deck 
so that the ps of your toes point le. Put your 
right foot diagonally on the Step Deck so that 
the ps of your toes point right. Put your le 
foot back on the oor. Put your right foot back 
on the oor.
Stand next to the Step Deck on one side so that 
the Step Deck is on your le. Put your le foot 
onto the Step Deck from the side. Put your 
right foot on the Step Deck. Put your right foot 
back on the oor. Put your le foot back on the 
oor. Perform the exercise several mes. Repe-
at the exercise, starng with the right foot.
Put your le foot on the Step Deck straight. 
Step forward with your right foot. Put your 
right leg back on the oor. Put your le leg 
back on the oor.
Perform the exercise several mes. Repeat the 
exercise, starng with the right foot.
Put your le foot on the Step Deck 
straight. Stretch your right leg out to the side 
and upward. Put your right leg back on the 
oor. Put your le leg back on the oor. Per-
form the exercise several mes. Repeat the 
exercise, starng with the right foot.
Place the right foot on the Step Deck 
diagonally so that the ps of your toes point to 
the le. Pull your le foot forward vigorously 
while bending your knee. Put your le foot 
back on the oor. Put your right foot back on 
the oor. Perform the exercise several mes. 
Repeat the exercise, starng with the right 
foot.
Put your right foot diagonally on the le side 
of the Step Deck so that the ps of your toes 
point to the le. Pull your le foot 
vigorously toward your buocks. Put your 
le foot back on the oor. Put your right foot 
back on the oor. Perform the exercise several 
mes. Repeat the exercise, starng with the 
right foot.

Stretch out your right leg behind you and

EXERCISE CHART
To increase the degree of diculty, you can 
incorporate simultaneous arm movements 
into the exercises.
Draw both elbows to the side and upward 
while placing your right foot evenly on the 
Step Deck. Extend both arms out to the side 
as you place your le foot evenly on the Step 
Deck.Pull both arms back in as you put your 
le foot back on the oor. Bring both elbows 
back down as you place your right foot back 
on the oor. To intensify the exercises, you can 
also use hand weights.
