This power supply should be installed i compliance with the National Electricaln
Code(NFPA 70) CSA C22.1, Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1 and all applicable
Local Codes. Installation t performed by suitably qualified technicalo be
personnel.
Description
The DKPS-2A is a power supply/charger that supplies a total of 2.5 amps
nominal continuous supply current at nominal 12/24VDC outputs. There are
4 outputs lock for Magnetic or door strike each with electronic over-current
protection @ 2 Amp. It is installed in a large mild steel metal enclosure capable
of accommodating two 7AH or 12AH lead-acid batteriesrechargeable
. These are
monitored Power Supplies for use in Access Control and Egress Doors.
Listed under UL294, CAN/ULC-60839-11-1 and CAN/ULC-S533.
Battery load test every 48hr.
Battery Charger test every 48hr.
Battery Reversal protection.
Low Battery indication at 11.40/22.80 Volts
Low Battery disconnec at 10.10/20.30 Volts.t
Automatic switch over to stand-by battery upon AC Failure.
Common “Batt.Fault” CMOS relay for all battery and charger fault.
CMOS relay output for AC failure within 60 seconds.
LEDs display on enclosure door (LEDs, Green, Yellow).
Common “Out Fault” CMOS relay for DC failure on any of the 4 outputs.
Battery charging leads included.
