Electronic time switch SM with
Function
Electronic time switch for 2-pole switching of electrical appliances.
For increased safety, the electronic time switch switches off the electrical appliances connected to it
after a selected time period. The practical application area is the connection of heat-producing
appliances, for example coffee machines, heating blanket, etc.
The switch-off time is set to suit the usage time of the specific connected appliance (‘time’ rotary
switch on the unit).
• On /off switching: Press operating button.
• For switching off sooner, press operating button again.
• A red control signal on operating button indicates the switched-on condition.
Attention!
Fitting and installation of electrical equipment may only be carried out by qualified electricians.
Fire or other dangers may be caused by not observing the installation guide.
Attention: Neutral conductor must always be connected.

Setting the switch-off time
Press operating button to switch on (time is
started).
The time duration is altered with the ‘time’ rotary
switch.
Step-setting of time duration: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4,
8, 16 hours.
