nellapartedestradellabarradelleapplicazioni,èpossibileutilizzarlaperrimuovere

ildispositivo.

1.Fareclicsull’icona“Rimozionesicuradell’hardware”.

2.Fareclicsull’unitàchesidesiderascollegare.

3.Viene visualizzato il messaggio: “Rimozione sicura dell’hardware” o un altro

messaggio equivalente.A questo punto la periferica può essere rimossa senza

alcunproblema.

Connecting the Hamlet external enclosure to your computer

1.Turnonyourcomputerornotebook.

2.PlugtheminiUSBconnectorofthecableintotheminiUSBportontheDVDdrive.

3.ConnectthemainUSBconnectoroftheUSBYcabletoacomputer’sUSBport.*

4.Theunitwillberecognizedbythesystemanditsiconwillappearin“MyComputer”

(Windows)oronthe“Desktop”(Mac).

*If theUSB busdoes notprovide enoughpower tooperate thedrive, connectthe

otherUSBconnectorofthecabletoanotherUSBportonthecomputer.

Connecting and disconnecting USB devices

MostUSBdevicescanberemovedandunpluggedatwill.Whenunpluggingstorage

devices,suchasUSBashdrives,youshouldbesurethatthecomputerhasnished

savinganyinformationtothedevicebefore removingit.Ifthedevicehasanactivity

light,waitforafewsecondsafterthelighthasnishedashingbeforeunpluggingit.
