Before operating the unit, please read this manual thoroughly and retain it for future reference.
CAUTION:
before using the battery pack in a product whose Operation Manual/Operating Instructions
does not explicitly state that the battery pack can be used or before using the battery pack
in conjunction with another power supply. Inappropriate use of the battery pack may result
in unit misoperation.
• The internal impedance of the battery pack increases as the temperature drops to 5°C (41°F)
or below. This may result in a shorter operating time or the failure of the component to which it is
connected to turn on. This phenomenon occurs more frequently in battery packs that have been
charged many times than in new ones.
• The performance and operating time of the battery may drop under cold conditions.
• Charge the battery pack only with the HEDBOX charger model or any other model dedicated to
the this type of battery within a temperature range of 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F).
• A large discharge amount may expedite the deterioration of the battery pack’s internal cells.
Continuous use at levels beyond the maximum discharge level may cause the protection circuit to shut
off the current to protect the internal cells.
• This Battery Pack uses Lithium-Ion Battery Cells.
Battery Pack Safety Guidelines
• Mishandling the battery pack can lead to bursting, fire, or chemical burns. Always handle with care.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to open the battery pack under any circumstances.
• Keep the battery pack away from rain, moisture, and any liquids.
• Avoid Mechanical Shock: Do not expose the battery pack to physical impact or force, such as hammering,
dropping, crushing, or stepping on it. Such actions can cause severe damage and safety hazards.
• Prevent short circuits by ensuring that no metal objects come into contact with the battery terminals.
• Do not incinerate or dispose of the battery pack in fire.
• Avoid handling damaged or leaking lithium-ion batteries.
• Use only a genuine Hedbox battery charger or a compatible device to charge the battery pack.
• Keep the battery pack out of reach of small children.
• Ensure the battery pack remains dry at all times.
• Replace the battery pack only with the same or an equivalent type as recommended by Hedbox.
• Dispose of used battery packs promptly and according to the provided instructions.
• Do not use the battery pack near water, and clean it only with a dry cloth.
• Avoid installing the battery pack near heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
equipment that produces heat.
• Use only attachments and accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Unplug the battery pack from the supply unit during lightning storms or when it will not be used for an
extended period.
• Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is necessary if the battery pack is damaged in any
way, such as if the power plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled, objects have fallen into the battery
pack, it has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
• Use the battery pack only with equipment that specifies its use in the operating instructions.
