Scharfstellen und Dioptrieneinstellung
Wenn Ihr linkes und Ihr rechtes Auge unterschiedliche Sehstärken
haben, müssen Sie an einem Okular die Dioptrieneinstellung
anpassen. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:
Richten Sie das Fernglas auf ein weit entferntes Objekt.
Schließen Sie Ihr rechtes Auge und drehen Sie am zentralen
Scharfstellrad, bis das Bild scharf wird.
Schließen Sie nun Ihr linkes Auge und blicken Sie mit dem rechten
Auge durch das Fernglas. Drehen Sie langsam den Dioptrienring
am rechten Okular, bis das Bild wieder scharf ist.
Beim Beobachten mit dem so eingestellten Fernglas benötigen Sie
zum Scharfstellen des Bilds nur noch das zentrale Scharfstellrad.
Richten Sie das Instrument unter keinen Umständen direkt auf die
Sonne, andere helle Lichtquellen oder Laserquellen. Es besteht die
Gefahr DAUERHAFTER NETZZHAUTSCHÄDEN und
ERBLINDUNGSEGEFAHR. Treffen Sie geeignete
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, wenn Kinder oder Menschen das
Instrument benutzen, die diese Anleitung nicht gelesen bzw.
verstanden haben. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Instrument
eigenmächtig auseinanderzunehmen. Wenden Sie sich für
Reparaturen an ein spezialisiertes Servicecenter vor Ort. Berühren

Focusing and diopter adjustment
Your left eye vision might be different from that of your right eye
and you might need to adjust the diopter setting on one
of the eyepieces. To do this, just follow this simple procedure:
Look through your binoculars at a distant object;
Close your right eye and rotate the central focusing wheel
until the view is focused;
Now, close your left eye and observe with your right. Slowly rotate
the diopter adjustment ring on the right eyepiece until the view

Never, under any circumstance, look directly at the Sun, another
bright source of light or at a laser through this device, as this may

a soft brush. Do not apply excessive pressure when adjusting
focus. Do not submerge. Protect the device from sudden im
pacts and excessive mechanical force. Store the device in a dry,
cool place away from hazardous acids and other chemicals, away
from heaters, open fire and other sources of high temperatures.
Do not use the device for lengthy periods of time, or leave it
unattended in direct sunlight. Always store the device in a special
case. We recommend keeping the silicate gel pack, when included
in the kit. During long storage, a thin white film may appear o
n the rubber armor. You can wipe it clean with a clean napkin.

All Levenhuk telescopes, microscopes, binoculars and other
optical products, except for accessories, carry a lifetime warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship. Lifetime warranty
