7) This product has no user serviceable items inside. Do not

open this product as the user risk injury and would void the

Q) My child is very small can I use this with him/her?

A) Yes. A special spacer is provided for smaller children to t the

headphones.

Q) Can the headphones be washed?

A) It is made of durable easy to clean plastic. Simply wipe with a

damp cloth to remove dirt. If tougher dirt is on it please use

mild cleaning soap.

Q) Is it suitable for adults to use?

A) It can be used by children and adults alike. It is however

designed with kids in mind.

Introduc�on:

Thank you for purchasing this Merlin Product. Please read the

instruction manual carefully before using the product. The

documentation provided will allow you to fully enjoy all the

features this unit has to oer. Please save this manual for future

reference.

Instruc�ons:

The Virtuoso Kids Headphones is headphones designed with

children in mind. It’s made of high quality exible plastic to

withstand playtime and is easy to clean. It has 2 modes

(Personal and Speaker) of operation and comes with a spacer

for smaller sized heads.

Charging:

- Before using the headphones charge it using a micro USB

cable.

- Please connect it to any 5V/1A USB charger. The LED will be

red while it is being charged.

- For the rst 2 charges please charge it for 5 hours. Then a

normal charging time is about 3 – 4 hours is enough.

- Never use the device while its charging.

Instruc�ons:

1. Personal mode:

- This mode is for personal listening and the unit functions

as normal headphones.

- To enable this mode ensure the power switch is o.

- Connect the headphones cable to source (eg. Mobile

device) and turn the volume down on the source.

- The headphones can now be used. Slowly turn up the

volume to a suitable level for the child.

2. Speakers mode:

- This mode is for listening with friends and family. The

headphones can be used as speakers.

- Connect the headphones to the source like a mobile

phone.

- Switch it to the on position. The led will light up blue.

- The sound will now come from the speakers on the side of

the headphones.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year

warranty policy. If the product suers from a

manufacturing defect, the customer will receive a

replacement if claimed within 15 days of the purchase

date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected for

possible repair options. The product will either be

repaired and returned free of charge, or replaced. All

repair services past the one-year warranty period will be

charged for any repairs that need to be made.

If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise

unable to personally deliver the defective product to our

service center or retail outlets, he/she may send it via

post at his/her own cost. The repaired/replaced product

will then be returned to the client via courier mail at

Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period is still active.

Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER

normal wear and tear, accidents, damage during transit,

misuse, abuse or neglect. Attempting to disassemble

the unit will render the warranty null and void.
