prawa autorskie do treści niniejszej instrukcji (dalej: „Instrukcja”), w tym m.in. jej tekstu,
zamieszczonych fotografii, schematów, rysunków, a także jej kompozycji, należą
wyłącznie do GTX Poland i podlegają ochronie prawnej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 4

SAFETY RULES
• Never point the tool's discharge towards people or animals -
coating materials or compressed air can cause injury and other
damage.
• The use of any other gas instead of compressed air is prohibited.
• The use of other gases can lead to serious injury, cause a fire or
risk an explosion.
• When connecting the tool to the compressed air system, the
space required for the hose must be taken into account to avoid
damage to the hose or fittings.
• Effective ventilation should be provided at the workstation. Failure
to provide effective ventilation may cause a health hazard, cause
a fire or risk an explosion.
• The tool should be used away from sources of heat and fire, as
this may damage the tool or impair its performance.
• Observe general safety rules when working with coating materials
and use appropriately selected personal protective equipment
such as goggles, masks, gloves and coveralls.
• Never leave the assembled pneumatic system unattended by a
person authorised to operate it. Do not allow children near the
assembled pneumatic system.
• The supply of compressed air, at high pressure, can cause the
tool to recoil in the direction opposite to the direction in which the
coating material is ejected. Special care must be taken as the
recoil forces can, under certain conditions, cause multiple injuries.
• It is advisable to try the tool before starting work. It is
recommended that those working with the tool are properly
trained. This will significantly increase work safety.
• Always use hoses with electrostatic discharge.Never plug the
nozzle outlets with your fingers.
• Never modify the equipment on your own. Check that all parts are
in working order and if worn out, replace only with new, original
parts.
• In the event of an accident, disconnect the unit from the power
source. Observe general health and safety rules at the workplace.
Caution: read this manual carefully before use and keep it for
future reference.
APPLICATION
The blow gun is used to clean soiled surfaces with compressed air.
Two nozzles of different lengths make it possible to work with the
gun in hard-to-reach areas.
USE
Work
• Using a spanner (4), firmly and securely tighten a nozzle (5) of the
correct length to the gun.
• Screw the quick coupling (2) into the gun and then connect the
hose.
• Check the tightness and security of the compressed air supply
system connections.
• Blow out the supply hose with air before connecting it to the
installation.
• Ensure that the gun has been properly cleaned and maintained
before use.
Work
• Adjust the pressure in the pneumatic system so that the maximum
operating pressure of the gun is not exceeded and the surface to
be cleaned is not damaged.
• Point the nozzle outlet (5) towards the surface to be cleaned and
press the trigger (3).
• Large amounts of dust can be generated when working with the
gun, so personal protective equipment such as safety goggles and
masks should be worn without fail.
Cleaning and maintenance
• After finishing work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air
system and clean the gun housing (1) with a soft cloth.
• Blow out the gun nozzle (5) for a few seconds with clean air.
• After cleaning the gun, a small amount of lubricant should be
applied to the moving parts of the seals.
