Air Warning System
Presentation :
The system features a display box, a cabled sensor and a wind turbine.
The cabled sensor includes the humidity and temperature sensors as well as the
wind coil. The wind sensor itself is a wind turbine that is screwed near the coil.
The display box features an LCD with 3 levels (wind / humidity / temperature).
The user can set up all alarm levels easily with the push buttons.
Once an alarm is reached, the corresponding led and buzzer will warn for 15
seconds.
The alarm keeps beeping and flashing every 15 seconds until the user receipted the
alarm. As long as an alarm is active, the corresponding led keeps flashing (values
that have alarmed will stay displayed).

Instructions manual :
In normal mode :
1) The 3 values displayed are actual windspeed, humidity and temperature.
2) Hold down the left push button for more than 2 seconds to switch the units
(km/h, mph, knots, m/s and fps)
3) Hold down the right push button to switch from °C to °F.
Temperature and humidity measurements are updated every 16 seconds) each
second for the wind) but you can force a measure by pressing the adjust button. If a
value exceeds the alarm level, the buzzer will beep for 15 seconds.
If a value reaches any of the 3 alarms levels (wind / humidity / temperature), the
corresponding alarm will turn on (the corresponding led is flashing and the buzzer
beeps 1 beep of ½ second for a low level alarm 2 beeps of a ¼ second for a high
level alarm.
To turn the alarms on or off, hold down for 2 seconds the push buttons + and -. The
flag >ALARM< is displayed when the alarms are on.
Setting mode :
Push the “adj” push button for 2 seconds to activate the set up mode. Then you can
set the alarm levels value (min and max for temperature and humidity and “lo” and
“hi” for the wind) by pushing the “+” or “-“ buttons.
Push the “adj” push button to switch from an alarm to the other one. Hold it down of
more than 2 seconds to come back in the normal mode.
Limited warranty :
This limited warranty shall be in effect for one year after the date of purchase by the original consumer
purchaser. During this limited warranty period, JDC ELECTRONIC SA will repair or replace without
charges any defective product with a comparable product. This limited warranty will not apply to any
instrument that has been misused, improperly installed, repaired, altered or which has been the
subject of any negligence or accident.
