Product description

Digital wristwatch with alarm, date, stopwatch with split-time and

backlight. Water resistant to 5 ATM.

Buttons

Display

• Normal mode: Hours, minutes, seconds, day.

• Hold in [ST./STP] to display the day, month and date.

• Hold in [LAP/RESET] to display the alarm time in hours and minutes.

• Press [MODE] to switch between normal and stopwatch mode.

Backlight

The backlight illuminates the face, which makes the digits easy to read

in the dark. Press [LIGHT] whenever you need the backlight. The display

lights up for about 4 seconds.

Activating/deactivating the alarm

and hour chime

In normal display mode:

• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to activate the chime.

• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to activate the alarm.

• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to deactivate

the hourly chime.

• Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [ST./STP.] once to deactivate the alarm.

• The display returns to normal mode when you release [LAP/RESET].

Stopwatch

In normal display mode:

Press [MODE] once in order to activate the stopwatch.

• Press [ST./STP.] to start/stop the stopwatch. Start/Stop:

The time is measured in 1/100 second increments.

• Press [LAP/RESET] (when stopwatch is active) once Split time:

to display the split time. Time will continue to be taken while

the split time is displayed. Press [LAP/RESET] once to display

the total running time.

• Press [ST./STP.] to stop the stopwatch and then press Reset to 0:

[LAP/RESET] to reset back to zero.

Setting the alarm

In normal display mode:

1. Hold in [MODE] for approx. 3 seconds. “MON” and the hour display

will begin to ﬂash. Set the desired hour by pressing [LAP/RESET]

until you reach the desired hour.

2. Press [ST./STP], “MON” and the minute display will begin to ﬂash.

Press [LAP/RESET] the number of times required to set

the desired minutes.

3. Press [MODE] to exit alarm settings and return to normal display mode.

Setting the time

In normal display mode:

1. Hold in [MODE] for approx. 3 seconds. Press [MODE] once.

“TUE” and the seconds display will begin to ﬂash.

Press [LAP/RESET] once to reset the seconds display.

2. Press [ST./STP.] once and the minutes display will begin to ﬂash.

Press [LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set

the desired minutes.

3. Press [ST./STP.] once and the hours display will begin to ﬂash. Press

[LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set the desired hours.

4. Press [ST./STP.] once and the month display will begin to ﬂash.

Press [LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set

the desired month.

5. Press [ST./STP.] once and the day display will begin to ﬂash. Press

[LAP/RESET] the required number of times to set the desired day.

6. Press [MODE] to exit and return to normal display mode.

12/24 hour display

In normal display mode:

Hold in [LAP/RESET] and press [MODE] once to switch display mode.

• “A” or “P” is shown after the time on the 12-hour display.

• “A” or “P” is not shown in the 24-hour display.

Displaying the alarm setting

In normal display mode:

Press [ST./STP.] and [LAP/RESET] simultaneously to display

the set alarm time.

Turning off the alarm

Press [LAP/RESET] to turn of the alarm.

Displaying the month and date

In normal display mode:

Hold in [ST./STP.] and press [LAP/RESET] to switch display mode

between date/month or month/date.

Care and maintenance

• Never try to open the casing.

• Do not press the buttons when the watch is under water.

• Moisture in the watch can cause damage to its metal parts.

Contact Customer Services if you notice moisture on the inside

of the glass.

• The watch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not

expose it to unnecessary knocks or blows.

• Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures.

• Clean the watch using a dry, soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents

since they can damage the plastic parts of the watch.

• Avoid wearing the watch in the vicinity of strong electro-magnetic ﬁelds.

Disposal

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are unsure

of how to dispose of this product, please contact your municipality.

Alarmtid

Vid normal visning på displayen:

1. Tryck och håll in [MODE] i ca 3 sekunder. ”MON” och siffran

för timmar blinkar. Ställ in önskad timme genom att trycka på

[LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger.

2. Tryck på [ST./STP.], ”MON” och siffran för minuter blinkar. Tryck på

[LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger för att ställa in önskad minut.

3. Tryck in [MODE] för att avsluta och återgå till normal visning.

Normal tidsinställning

Vid normal visning på displayen:

1. Tryck och håll in [MODE] i ca 3 sekunder. Tryck på [Mode] en gång

till, ”TUE” och siffran för sekunder blinkar. Tryck på [LAP/RESET]

en gång för att nollställa sekunderna.

2. Tryck på [ST./STP.] en gång till, siffran för minuter blinkar. Tryck på

[LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger för att ställa in önskad minut.

3. Tryck på [ST./STP.] en gång till, siffran för timmar blinkar. Tryck på

[LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger för att ställa in önskad timme.

4. Tryck på [ST./STP.] en gång till, siffran för månad blinkar. Tryck på

[LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger för att ställa in önskad månad.

5. Tryck på [ST./STP.] en gång till, markeringen för veckodag blinkar.

Tryck på [LAP/RESET] upprepade gånger för att ställa in

önskad veckodag.

6. Tryck in [MODE] för att avsluta och återgå till normal visning.

12/24 timmars visning

Vid normal visning på displayen:

Håll in [LAP/RESET] och tryck in [MODE] en gång för att växla visning.

• Vid 12 timmars inställning visas ”A” eller ”P” efter tiden.

• Vid 24 timmars inställning visas inte ”A” eller ”P”.

Visa alarminställning

Vid normal visning på displayen:

Tryck på [ST./STP] och [LAP/RESET] samtidigt för att visa inställd alarmtid.

Stäng av alarmet

Tryck på [LAP/RESET] för att stänga av alarmet.

Visning av månad och datum

Vid normal visning på displayen:

Håll in [ST./STP] och tryck på [LAP/RESET] för att ändra visningen

mellan datum/månad eller månad/datum.

Skötsel och underhåll

• Försök aldrig öppna höljet eller boetten.

• Tryck inte på knapparna när klockan är under vattenytan.

• Fukt inne i klockan kan orsaka skador på klockans metalldelar,

kontakta vår kundtjänst omgående om fukt visar sig på insidan

av glaset.

• Klockan tål oöm behandling, men utsatt den inte i onödan för stötar

och slag.

• Utsatt inte klockan för extrema temperaturer.

• Rengör klockan med en torr, mjuk trasa. Undvik starka rengörings-

medel eftersom detta kan skada plastdetaljerna på klockan.

• Undvik att använda klockan i starka elektromagnetiska miljöer.

Avfallshantering

När du ska göra dig av med produkten ska detta ske enligt lokala före-

skrifter. Är du osäker på hur du ska gå tillväga, kontakta din kommun.

Displayvisning

• Normal visning: Timmar, minuter, sekunder och veckodag.

• Håll in [ST./STP] för att visa veckodag, månad och datum.

• Håll in [LAP/RESET] för att visa inställd alarmtid i timmar och minuter.

• Tryck in [MODE] för att växla mellan normal visning och stoppur.

Bakgrundsbelysning

Bakgrundsbelysningen består av en lysplatta som gör siffrorna enkla att

läsa av i mörker. Du kan när som helst trycka på [LIGHT] för att tända

bakgrundsbelysningen. Displayen blir då upplyst i ca 4 sekunder.

Alarm och timsignal, aktivera/stäng av

Vid normal visning på displayen:

• Håll in [LAP/RESET] och tryck på [ST./STP.] en gång för att

aktivera timsignal.

• Håll in [LAP/RESET] och tryck en gång till på [ST./STP.] för att

aktivera alarm.

• Håll in [LAP/RESET] och tryck en gång till på [ST./STP.] för att

stänga av timsignal.

• Håll in [LAP/RESET] och tryck en gång till på [ST./STP.] för att

stänga av alarm.

• Displayen återgår till normal visning när du släpper [LAP/RESET].

Stoppur

Vid normal visning på displayen:

Tryck på [MODE] en gång för att använda klockan som stoppur.

• Tryck på [ST./STP.] för att starta/stoppa tidräkningen. Start/Stopp:

Tiden mäts ner till en 1/100 sekund.

• Tryck på [LAP/RESET] (när tidtagningen pågår) en gång Mellantid:

för att visa mellantiden. Tiden fortsätter att räknas upp under tiden

som mellantiden visas. Tryck på [LAP/RESET] en gång till för att visa

den löpande tiden sedan start.

• Tryck på [ST./STP.] för att stoppa tidräkningen, Nollställning:

tryck sedan på [LAP/RESET] för att nollställa tiden.
