Setting the time
Analogue
1. Pull out theadjustment crown and turn it
to adjust theminute and hour hands.
2. Push theadjustment crown back in to
restart theanalogue watch.

Use
Press MODE (B) repeatedly to change functions. Thesequence is:
Time – stopwatch – countdown timer – alarm.
A. Time
• 12/24-hour display
• Hours, minutes, seconds, day and date display
• 100-year calendar (2000–2099)
B. Stopwatch SP
• Accuracy: 1/100 second
• Stopwatch range: 00:00:00–23:59:59
C. Countdown timer TR
Countdown range: 23:59:59–00:00:00
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for theremaining settings.
Thesettings sequence is as follows: Seconds – hours –
minutes – year – month – date.
6. Push RESET (A) when you have completed inputting all
your settings. Theday is automatically set when theyear,
month and date is set.
Switching between the12 and 24 hour display
When thewatch is in time display mode, press
start/stop (D) once to switch between 12 and
24 hour display. “PM” will be displayed when in
12 hour display mode.
Stopwatch
Without split-time
1. Press MODE (B) therequired number of
times to reach thestopwatch settings (SP).
2. Press start/stop (D) to start
thestopwatch.
4. Press RESET (A) to reset
thestopwatch back to zero.
3. Stop thestopwatch by
pressing start/stop (D) again.
Digital
1. When thewatch is in time display mode
press and hold RESET (A) until theseconds
display starts to flash.
2. Press start/stop (D) to reset theseconds display.
3. Press MODE (B) to switch to thenext setting.
4. Press start/stop (D) repeatedly to increase
thedigits incrementally. Hold thebutton in to
increase thedigits quickly.
