antinfortunistiche vigenti e’ a totale carico del committente, il quale si

assume ogni relativa responsabilita’ sollevando di conseguenza da

tali responsabilita’ il costruttore/fornitore.

Il costruttore non si riterrà responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture,

incidenti, ecc. dovuti alla non conoscenza (o comunque alla non

applicazione) delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente manuale.

Lo stesso dicasi per l’esecuzione di modifiche, varianti e/o

l’installazione di accessori non indicati nel manuale.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE SUPPLIER

The supplier will be not responsible of any damage to people or

objects different from the machine concerned by these instructions.

The supplier does not guarantee the conformity of the machine to the

rules in force in the extra UE countries where the machines could be

installed and particularly regarding accident prevention.

In this case the adaptation of the machines to the locally applicable

accident prevention regulations is the total responsibility of the

customer, who assumes all related responsibilities, consequently

releasing the manufacturer / supplier of these responsibilities.

The manufacturer will not be held responsible for inconveniences,

breakages, accidents, etc. due to lack of knowledge (or in any case

non-application) of the provisions contained in this manual.
