Display of hours/minutes
Hours and minutes are shown via the analogue display, date and seconds are shown in the digital display.
Display of date/seconds and reception control (by tower)
1. Briefly press the to change between displays right push button (A)
The date appears as: month on the left and day at the right.
2. Press the briefly once again right push-button
The seconds are shown at the left and the “tower” is at the right.
IMPORTANT: to ensure your watch sets correctly, please complete the following steps in their exact order.
I. Setting the Time Zone
1. Push the for 3-5 seconds or until the digital window changes. The current time zone left recessed button (B)
will be shown on the left and the present hour for the corresponding time zone will be shown on the right.
2. Tap the ( ) until desired time zone is reached right push button A
3. Once you have reached your time zone, end the setting mode by briefly pushing the or left recessed button (B)
waiting for longer than 15 seconds without pushing either of the buttons. This will bring the watch back to the
normal display of date or seconds.
II. Setting the Time and Date
The purpose of this step is to make sure that all internal settings for the time and date are accurate and have not been
inadvertently changed.
NOTE: while in this setting, keep in mind that the will bring you through the settings menu in the left recessed button (B)

WATCH SETTING

1. To enter the manual setting, press and hold the right push button (A) left recessed button (B) and the at the same
time for about 3 seconds, or until the seconds begin to flash in the digital window.
2. Once the seconds begin to flash, release both buttons
3. Tap the once and the time will appear in the display with the minutes flashing. left recessed button (B)
4. Change to the appropriate minutes by tapping the right push button (A).
5. Once the minutes are correct, tap the to display the current hour. left recessed button (B)
6. Tap the to change to desired hour. make sure that if it is morning that there is an “A” right push button (A) NOTE:
displayed on the right side of the screen.
7. Once the hour is correct, tap the to view the year. left recessed button (B)
8. If the year is incorrect, tap the until desired year is reached. right push button (A)
9. Once the year is correctly set, tap the to display the date. The month will be flashing. left recessed button (B)
10. Tap the to set desired month right push button (A)
11. Once month is set, tap the to display the date left recessed button (B)
12. Tap the right to set desired date push button (A)
13. Wait 10-15 seconds for your watch to time out and go back to the original display of seconds/date.
III. Manually Finding the Atomic Signal
1. Press the for 3-5 seconds until the hands begin to move. Let go of the right push button (A) right push button (A)
when the hands begin to move. The hands should set to the 12:00 position and the digital window will display “SET”
and “12.”
Note: Should the hands not set to exactly 12:00, you will need to manually adjust your hands. (See below)
Manually Adjusting the Hands
2. If the hands do not initially stop moving at 12:00, immediately press and hold the Doing so left recessed button (B).

4. Once at 12:00, do not touch anything! The hands will move on their own and your time will set correctly.
