TO SET THE TIME
1. Pull the crown (part C) out to position “2”
when the Seconds Dial (part G) is at “60.”
Rotate it clockwise to the desired time.
2. Once the correct time is set, push
the crown back into “0” (zero) position.
e small Seconds Dial (part G) will
start to run.
TO SET THE DATE
1. Pull the crown (part C) out to position “1”
and rotate it counter-clockwise to the desired
date.
2. Once the correct date is set, push the crown
back into “0” (zero) position.
NOTE: e date should not be adjusted
between the hours of 9pm and 1am.
TO SET THE CHRONOGRAPH
is chronograph is able to measure and
display time in 1/1 second units up to a
maximum of 59 minutes (part F) and
59 seconds (part G).
1. To start the Chronograph feature, press
the Button A.
2. To stop counting, press Button A again.
3. Once stopped, press Button B to reset
to zero.
Do not push the crown to the normal position
while the chronograph second hand returns to
the zero position. It stops on the way when the
crown is returned to the normal position and
its position is recognized as the zero position.

Chronograph Reset (includes after
replacing the battery)
1. Pull the crown (part C) out to position “2”.
2. Press the Button A and Button B simulta-
neously to reset the dials to the zero position.
3. Once the dials have been set to the zero po-
sition, push the crown back into “0” position.
