SGJ-2 Sneeze Guard for CBC-HH Series MobileServ

Junior Carts

***ALWAYS ATTACH SNEEZE GUARD TO CART BEFORE ATTACHING PAN HOLDERS***

For these models, UNSCREW AND REMOVE the Pan Holder Locking Knobs on Top Cart Surface

before attaching Sneeze Guard.

Line up the holes in the Sneeze Guard legs with the holes for the far left and far right

Pan Holder Locking Knobs on Cart Top Surface.

Then replace and LOOSELY screw the Pan Holder Locking Knobs,

leaving space to slide Pan Holder Keyhole Slots under the Pan Holder Locking Knob heads.

Position Panholders over the Pan Holder Locking Knobs and slide into place. Securely tighten Pan Holder Knobs.

NOTE: For all carts, foods must be pre-heated or pre-chilled (as applicable) to serving temperature

before placing in pans in the cart.

For these models, LOOSEN BUT DO NOT REMOVE the Pan Holder Locking Knobs on Cart Top Surface

before attaching Sneeze Guard. Position the Keyhole Slots on the Sneeze Guard over the Pan Holder Locking Knobs,

slide the Sneeze Guard into place, repeat with all Panholders, and then tighten all Pan Holder Locking Knobs.

For these models, LOOSEN BUT DO NOT REMOVE the Pan Holder Locking Knobs on Cart Top Surface

before attaching Sneeze Guard. Position the Keyhole Slots on the Sneeze Guard

over the Pan Holder Locking Knobs on the Cart Top Surface, slide the Sneeze Guard into place,

repeat with all Panholders, and then tighten all Pan Holder Locking Knobs.

Place pre-frozen Camchiller

in bottom of Cold Bay Pan Holder when ready to use. Then position pans in the Pan Holders.
