Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen
a high quality product. The instructions for use are part of the product. They
contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using
the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and
instructions for use. Only use the product as described and for the specified
applications. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you
also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
The product is intended for normal as well as for private household use. For
example, camping, hiking, storeroom etc. It cannot be a work lamp. The car adapter
can be used in a normal car socket that provides the rating given under “Technical
data“. Any modifications to the product are considered improper use and may result
in considerable hazards. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages arising
from improper use. The product and the rechargeable battery withstand extreme
physical conditions of vibration (1.0 m²/s³, 200–2000 Hz). This product is not
intended for commercial use.
Not suitable for ordinary lighting in household room illumination.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE! PLEASE KEEP THE
INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE! IF PASSING THIS PRODUCT ON TO A
THIRD PARTY, INCLUDE ALL DOCUMENTS!
WARNING! This product may be used by children aged
8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capacities, or those lacking experience and / or
knowledge, as long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the
product and they understand the associated risks. Do not allow children to
play with the product. Never allow children to clean or maintain this product
unsupervised.
Do not use the product if it is damaged.
Protect the product from moisture and humidity. Never immerse the product in
water or other liquids!
The LED is not replaceable.
If the LED fails at the end of its life, the entire product must be replaced.
Do not look into the LED from a close distance during operation.
Do not look at the LED with an optical instrument (e.g. magnifier).
The car torch is only splash-proof with the cover 6 attached to it (IP44).
Make sure that the voltage specification of your vehicle battery matches the
voltage specification of the car torch battery.
Do not drop, tamper, disassemble or attempt to repair the product by yourself.
Do not expose the product to fire or any heat source.
Do not dispose the product in your household waste.
The fuse of the car adapter is replaceable. The technical data of the fuse must
correspond to the information in the chapter “Technical data“. The fuse should
only be changed by a qualified electrician.
ATTENTION! Do not connect the product to the 12V/24V connection
of your vehicle if the vehicle battery is old and worn out. It could happen that
the vehicle‘s engine cannot be started.
Avoid using the product while CAUTION! RISK OF ACCIDENT!
driving in the vehicle. When using the product in the vehicle, the driver and
vehicle occupants must not be endangered. Always store and fasten the
product in such a way that there is no risk of injury from the product or damge
to the product itself if the brakes are applied hard.
Do not leave the product in your vehicle.
Do not use the car torch while driving in road traffic.
Safety instructions for batteries / rechargeable
batteries
WARNING! DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries / rechargeable batteries
out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical
attention.
DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge non-rechargeable
batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / rechargeable batteries and / or
open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result.
Never throw batteries / rechargeable batteries into fire or water.
Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries.
Risk of leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries
Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could affect
batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct sunlight.
If batteries / rechargeable batteries have leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes
and mucous membranes with the chemicals! Flush immediately the affected
areas with fresh water and seek medical attention!
WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged batteries /
rechargeable batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear
suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs.
This product has a built-in rechargeable battery which cannot be replaced by
the user. The removal or replacement of the rechargeable battery may only
be carried out by the manufacturer or his customer service or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards. When disposing of the product, it
should be noted that this product contains a rechargeable battery.
In the event of a leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries, immediately
remove them from the product to prevent damage.
Note: Do not charge the torch 4 during use.

Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.
Operation
Charging the torch
Before using the product, the built-in rechargeable battery must be fully charged.
To charge the torch 4 , remove the cover 6 .
Plug the car adapter 5 of the torch 4 into the car socket. The LED indicator
3 will illuminate red and the torch 4 will start to charge.
During charging, the LED indicator 3 will illuminate red. The LED indicator 3
will illuminate green as soon as the torch 4 has been fully charged.

Use
Turn the rotary switch 2 to the “ON“ position to switch on the car torch.
Focus the beam by pulling out or pushing in the focus ring 1 .
Rotate the rotary switch 2 in the other direction 2 to turn the torch “OFF”.
Hold the torch CAUTION! RISK OF ACCIDENT! 4 when adjusting
the focus ring 1 , do not hold the cover 6 because when pulling up the
focus ring 1 the torch 4 may separate from the cover 6 .
ATTENTION! The product does not work in conditions under 0°C and
over 45°C according the battery protection.
Cleaning and care
Switch the product off and pull the car adapter out of the car socket before
cleaning it.
Never use liquids or cleaning agents, as these will damage the product.
Clean the product on the outside only with a slightly dampened cloth for
heavier soiling.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of
at local recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation,
which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following
meaning: 1 – 7: plastics / 20 – 22: paper and fibreboard / 80 – 98:
composite materials.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it
separately for better waste treatment.
The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly
when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household
waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be
obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries / rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance
with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Please return the batteries /
rechargeable batteries and / or the product to the available collection points.
Environmental damage through incorrect disposal of the
batteries / rechargeable batteries!
Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic
waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste
treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as
follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose
of used batteries / rechargeable batteries at a local collection point.
Warranty and service
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously
examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights
against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by
our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty
period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a
safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.
Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from
the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge
to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or
maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not
cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables
(e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries
or glass parts.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890)
available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page
of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the
product.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed
either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that
will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt)
and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.

Bevezető
Gratulálunk új termékének vásárlása alkalmából. Ezzel a döntésével vállalatunk
értékes terméke mellett döntött. A használati utasítás ezen termék része. A
biztonságra, a használatára és a megsemmisítésre vonatkozó fontos tudnivalókat
tartalmazza. A termék használata előtt ismerje meg az összes használati és
biztonsági tudnivalót. A terméket csak a leírtak szerint és a megadott felhasználási
területeken alkalmazza. A termék harmadik személy számára való továbbadása
esetén kézbesítse vele annak a teljes dokumentációját is.
Alkalmazási terület
A termék normál és háztartási használathoz való. Használható például
kempingezéskor, túrázáskor, raktárhelyiségben stb. Munkalámpaként nem
használható. Az autós adaptert olyan hagyományos szivargyújtó aljzatban lehet
használni, amely a „Műszaki adatok” fejezetben szereplő áramellátást képes
biztosítani. A terméken végzett bármilyen módosítás helytelen használatnak minősül
és rendkívül veszélyes. A gyártó semmilyen felelősséget nem vállal a nem helytelen
használat által okozott sérülésekért. A termék és az újratölthető akkumulátor képesek
rendkívül nagy mértékű rezgést elviselni (1,0 m²/s³, 200–2000 Hz). A termék
kereskedelmi használatra nem alkalmas.
Nem alkalmas lakásban hagyományos beltéri világításként történő
használatra.

csatlakozójához, p1-ha a jármű akkumulátora régi és elhasználódott. Előfordulhat,
hogy a jármű motorját nem lehet beindítani.
VIGYÁZAT! BALESETVESZÉLY! Ne használja a terméket vezetés
közben a járműben. Ha a terméket a járműben használja, tilos veszélyeztetni
a vezetőt és a jármű utasait. A terméket mindig úgy tárolja és rögzítse, hogy
a termék ne okozhasson sérülést, illetve ne okozhasson kárt magában a
termékben, p1-ha erősen fékez.
