まとめられています。内容をよくご理解の上、正しくご使用ください。

警告
● この充電器は、フジフイルム 充電式バッテリー NP-45/NP-45A/
NP-50 専用です。他の充電式バッテリーパックは充電しないでく
ださい。乾電池や他の充電式バッテリーパックを充電すると液もれ、
発熱、破裂することがあります。
電源プラグをコン
セントから抜け
● 万一、煙が出ている、変なにおいや音がするなどの異常状態のまま
使用すると、火災・感電の原因となります。すぐに電源プラグをコ
ンセントから抜いてください。煙が出なくなるのを確認してお買上
げ店に修理をご依頼ください。お客様による修理は危険ですから絶
対おやめください。
● 万一、充電器を落としたり、ケースを破損した場合は、電源プラグ
をコンセントから抜いてお買上げ店にご連絡ください。そのまま使
用すると火災・感電の原因となります。
● 万一、充電器の内部に水や異物などが入った場合、電源プラグをコ
ンセントから抜いてお買上げ店にご連絡ください。そのまま使用す
ると火災・感電の原因となります。
分解禁止
● 充電器を改造、分解などしないでください。火災・感電の原因とな
ります。
● 表示された電源電圧（AC 100 ∼ ）以外の電圧で使用しな240V
いでください。火災・感電の原因となります。
風呂、シャワー室
での使用禁止
● 風呂場では使用しないでください。水ぬれや湿気で火災・感電の原
因となります。
水ぬれ禁止
● 充電器に水が入ったり、ぬらさないようにご注意ください。火災・
感電の原因となります。雨天、降雪中、海岸、水辺での使用は特に
ご注意ください。
接触禁止
● 雷が鳴り出したら、電源プラグには触れないでください。感電の原
因となります。
● 充電式バッテリーは、金属性のボールペン・ネックレス・コイン・
ヘアーピンなどと一緒に携帯、保管しないでください。電池のプラ
ス端子「＋」とマイナス端子「−」の間がショートし、電池の破裂、
液もれにより、火災・けがの原因となることがあります。
● 充電式バッテリーは、加熱したり、分解したり、火や水の中に入れ
ないでください。電池の破裂、液もれにより、火災、けがの原因と
なることがあります。
注意
● 湿気やほこりの多い場所に置かないでください。火災・感電の原因
となることがあります。
● 調理台や加湿器のそばなど油煙や湯気が当たるような場所に置かな
いでください。火災・感電の原因となることがあります。
ぬれ手禁止
● ぬれた手で電源プラグを抜き差ししないでください。感電の原因と
なることがあります。
● 充電器は、布や布団でおおったり、つつんだりしないでください。
熱がこもり、ケースが変形し、火災の原因となることがあります。
風通しのよい状態でご使用ください。
● 充電終了後は、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いてください。その
ままにしておくと火災の原因となることがあります。
● 使用しないときは、電池を取り出しておいてください。電池から液
がもれて、火災、けが、周囲を汚損する原因となることがあります。
もし液がもれた場合は、充電器についた液をよくふき取ってから新
しい電池を入れてください。また、万一、もれた液が身体についた
ときは、水でよく洗い流してください。
● 小さなお子様の手の届かないところに置いてください。けがの原因
となることがあります。
● お手入れの際は安全のため電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて行っ
てください。感電の原因となることがあります。
● ２年に一度くらいは内部の接片部掃除をお買上げ店などにご相談く
ださい。この機器の内部にほこりがたまったまま、長い間掃除をし
ないと火災や故障の原因となることがあります。特に、湿気の多く
なる梅雨期の前に行うと、より効果的です。なお、掃除費用につい
てはお買上げ店などにご相談ください。
● 指定以外のバッテリーは使用しないでください。バッテリーの破裂、
液もれにより、火災、けがや周囲を汚損する原因となることがあり
ます。
● バッテリーを機器内に挿入する場合、極性表示〈プラス「＋」とマ
イナス「−」〉の向きに注意し、機器の表示どおりに入れてください。
間違えると電池の破裂、液もれにより、火災・けがや周囲を汚損す
る原因となることがあります。
使用上のご注意
● 専用バッテリーをバッテリーチャージャー BC で充電するとき-45W
は、10℃∼ 35℃の温度範囲で行ってください。10℃∼ 35℃の温度
範囲外で充電する場合、専用バッテリーの性能を劣化させないために
充電時間が長くなることがあります。
● 専用バッテリーや BC で電力を消費するため温かくな-45W は、内部
りますが異常ではありません。できるだけ通気の良いところで充電し
てください。
● 充電中、内部で発振音がする場合がありますが、故障ではありません。
● BC-45W で専用バッテリー以外のバッテリーを充電しないでください。
● 充電中の BC-45W にラジオを近づけると、放送に雑音が入ることが
あります。その場合は、ラジオを BC-45W から離してご使用ください。
● 専用バッテリーの接続部や接点部に他の金属が触れないようにしてく
ださい。ショートすることがあります。
● 次のような場所には、置かないでください。
暖房器具の近くや直射日光の当たるところなど、温度の高いところ／
湿気の多いところ／ほこりの多いところ／振動の激しいところ
● 海外でも使用可能な、入力 A 仕様です。C100 ∼ 240V、50-60Hz
ただし、電源コンセントの形状は、各国・各地で異なりますので国に合っ
たコンセント変換プラグが必要です。詳しくは、旅行代理店にご相談
ください。
Li-ion 不要になった充電式電池は、貴重な資源を守るために破棄しないで
充電式電池リサイクル協力店へお持ちください。
使い方
1. バッテリーをバッテリーチャージャーに取り付けます。
バッテリーの挿入方法をご確認ください。充電器 BC-45W は、弊社
製充電式バッテリー NP 兼用です。お客様-45/NP-45A と NP-50
がお使いのバッテリーをご確認の上、図の通り正しい方向に挿入して
ください。

保証期間中の修理は
保証書の記載内容に基づいて修理させていただきます。詳しくは保証書
をご覧ください。保証期間後の修理は修理によって機能が維持できる場
合は、ご要望により有料修理させていただきます。
■修理ご依頼に際してのご注意
● 保証規定による修理をお申し出になる場合には、必ず保証書を添付し
てください。
● お買上げ店や弊社修理サービスセンターの窓口で、ご指定の修理箇所、
故障内容を詳しくご説明ください。故障の状態によっては、事故となっ
た付属品などを添付してくださると修理作業の参考になります。
● 修理箇所のご指定がないとき、弊社では各部点検をはじめ品質、性能
上必要と思われるすべての箇所を修理しますので、料金が高くなるこ
とがあります。
● 修理料金が高く見込まれる修理のときは、「○○○○○円以上は連絡し
てほしい」と金額をご指定ください。ご指定のないときは、修理をす
すめさせていただきます。
● 修理に関係のない付属品類は、紛失などの事故を避けるため、修理品
からはずしてお手もとに保管してください。
● 修理のために製品を郵送される場合は、ご購入時の外箱に入れてしっ
かり包装し、必ず書留小包でお送りください。
● 修理期間は故障内容により多少違いますが、厳重な調整検査を行いま
すので普通修理品の場合は弊社修理サービスセンターで、お預かりし
てから通常 7 ∼ 10 日ぐらいをご予定ください。

This battery charger is intended to be used only with the FUJIFILM
NP-45/NP-45A/NP-50 Rechargeable Battery (referred to hereafter as
the “special battery”). Installing a rechargeable battery other than
the special battery could cause a fault.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS (PLEASE OBSERVE.)
● Please read the operating instructions in this Owner’s Manual, especially the
warnings and cautions, as well as the operating instructions in the camera’s Owner’s
Manual in order to operate this charger correctly.

● This battery charger is only for use with the FUJIFILM
special battery. Do not attempt to use this charger to
charge other rechargeable battery packs as this could
result in fluid leakage, overheating or damage to the
battery or charger.
● If the power unit emits smoke, smell or noise may
cause fire or electric shock. Could use turn off the
switch immediately and pull the power plug off from the
outlet. Please contact your dealer. Please do not try to
fix it for yourself, since repair by a customer can be
dangerous. AC plug shall remain readily operable.

split or leak, resulting in a fire or injury.
CAUTION
● Do not leave this unit in a humid or dusty environment.
Such an environment may cause fire or electrical

● Do not leave this unit on the kitchen table or near a
humidifier where it is exposed to soot or vapor. Such an
environment may cause fire or electrical shock.
● Do not plug in or unplug the charger with wet hands as
this could result in an electric shock. Do not touch with
wet hands.
● Do not cover or wrap the charger in a cloth or blanket.
This could result in a buildup of heat inside the charger
and distort the casing or cause a fire. Use the charger
in a well-ventilated location.
● When the battery is fully charged, pull the power plug
from the outlet. If left for a long period of time, it may
cause fire.

● Remove the battery from the charger when the charger
is not being used. Leaving the battery in the charger
could result in leakage of fluid from the battery, fire,
injury or staining of the surrounding area. If fluid does
leak, carefully wipe off any fluid in the charger and load
a new battery. If any of the liquid comes into contact
with your skin, wash it off thoroughly with water.
● Keep this unit out of reach of children.
● When cleaning the unit, pull the power plug from the
outlet for safety. Otherwise, it may cause electrical
shock.

● Consult your dealer once every two years for cleaning
the interior components. If left for a long period of time
without cleaning, it may cause fire or faults. If cleaning
is done before a rainy season when it gets humid, it is
more effective. Consult your dealer about the cleaning

batteries could result in the batteries splitting or

surrounding area.
● When you load the battery into the device, take care to
ensure that the negative and positive poles (marked
with and signs) are oriented as indicated on the
device. Inserting the battery incorrectly could result in
the batteries splitting or leaking, causing fire, injury or
staining of the surrounding area.
NOTES ON USING THE BC-45W BATTERY CHARGER
● When using the BC-45W Battery Charger to charge a special battery, the
temperature should be between 10°C and 35°C. If the temperature is outside this
range, the charging time may need to be longer in order to prevent the performance
of the special battery from deteriorating.
● It is not unusual for the special battery and BC-45W to become warm due to internal
power consumption. Please try to provide good ventilation when charging.
● During charging you may hear the sound of internal oscillation but this is not a fault.
● Do not use the BC-45W to charge any battery other than a special battery.
● During charging the BC-45W may cause interference with radio broadcasts from a
nearby radio. If this occurs, move the radio away from the BC-45W.
● Take care not to allow other metal objects to come in contact with the connectors or
contacts on the special battery otherwise this may cause a short circuit.
● Do not place the battery charger in the following locations:

In hot places such as close to a heating appliance or in direct sunlight/In very
humid places/In very dusty places/ In places subject to strong vibrations
● For connection to a supply not in the U.S.A., use an attachment plug adapter of the
proper configuration for the power outlet.
USING THE BC-45W BATTERY CHARGER
1. Place the battery in the charger.
Insert the battery in the correct orientation. The BC-45W battery charger can be
used with rechargeable NP-45/NP-45A and NP-50 batteries from FUJIFILM. Check
the name printed on the battery (NP-45/NP-45A or NP-50), before charging to
determine the battery type and then insert the battery as shown.
