OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing this Fujifilm product. This manual explains the correct use of your
FUJIFILM BC-W235 dual battery charger. Please follow the instructions carefully.

多くなる梅雨期の前に行うと、より効果的です。なお、掃除費用に
ついてはお買上げ店などにご相談ください。
● 指定以外のバッテリーは使用しないでください。バッテリーの破裂、
液もれにより、火災、けがや周囲を汚損する原因となることがあり
ます。
● バッテリーを機器内に挿入する場合、極性表示〈プラス「＋」と
マイナス「−」〉の向きに注意し、機器の表示どおりに入れてくだ
さい。間違えると電池の破裂、液もれにより、火災・けがや周囲を
汚損する原因となることがあります。
使用上のご注意
●
専用バッテリーをデュアルバッテリーチャージャー で充電するときは、BC-W235
10℃∼ 35℃の温度範囲を推奨します。10℃∼ 35℃の温度範囲外で充電する場合、
専用バッテリーの性能を劣化させないために充電時間が長くなることがあります。
● 専用バッテリーや BC-W235 は、内部で電力を消費するため温かくなりますが
異常ではありません。できるだけ通気の良いところで充電してください。
● 充電中、内部で発振音がする場合がありますが、故障ではありません。
● BC-W235 で専用バッテリー以外のバッテリーを充電しないでください。
● 充電中の BC-W235 にラジオを近づけると、放送に雑音が入ることがあります。
その場合は、ラジオを BC-W235 から離してご使用ください。
● 専用バッテリーの接続部や接点部に他の金属が触れないようにしてください。
ショートすることがあります。
● 次のような場所には、置かないでください。
暖房器具の近くや直射日光の当たるところなど、温度の高いところ／湿気の多い
ところ／ほこりの多いところ／振動の激しいところ
Li-ion 不要になった充電式電池は、貴重な資源を守るために破棄しないで
充電式電池リサイクル協力店へお持ちください。
使い方
1.
カメラに付属の USB ケーブルをデュアルバッテリーチャージャー BC-W235
の USB 端子（Type-C）に取り付けます（図 1）。
2.
USB ケーブルの反対側をカメラに付属の AC パワーアダプターに取り付けて
コンセントに差し込んでください。
● USB ケーブルをパソコンなどの USB 端子に差し込んで充電することも
できます。
3. CH1 や CH2 に充電式バッテリー を取り付けます（図 2）NP-W235 。
バッテリー端子面を下にして、図の方向で正しくセットしてください。
● バッテリーを CH1 と CH2 のどちらに取り付けても充電できます。
● バッテリーを取り付けると、取り付けた側の電池マーク、電池容量、
充電マークが点灯します（図 3）。充電が終わると、充電マークが
消灯します。
● バッテリーを 2 つ取り付けた場合、2 つのバッテリーが同時に充電
されます。

This battery charger is intended to be used only with the Fujifilm
NP-W235 Rechargeable Battery (referred to hereafter as the “special
battery”). Installing a rechargeable battery other than the special battery

battery. Do not attempt to use this charger to charge other
rechargeable battery packs as this could result in fluid
leakage, overheating or damage to the battery or charger.

When the battery is fully charged, pull the power plug
from the outlet. If left for a long period of time, it may

Remove the battery from the charger when the charger is
not being used. Leaving the battery in the charger could
result in leakage of fluid from the battery, fire, injury or
staining of the surrounding area. If fluid does leak, carefully
wipe off any fluid in the charger and load a new battery. If
any of the liquid comes into contact with your skin, wash it
off thoroughly with water.

Keep this unit out of reach of children.
●
When cleaning the unit, pull the power plug from the
outlet for safety. Otherwise, it may cause electrical shock. Pull the electric
plug out of the
electric outlet.
●
Consult your dealer once every two years for cleaning the
interior components. If left for a long period of time
without cleaning, it may cause fire or faults. If cleaning is
done before a rainy season when it gets humid, it is more
ef f ec ti ve. C on sult you r de aler about the c le ani ng

Use only the specified battery. The use of other batteries
could result in the batteries splitting or leaking, causing fire,
injury or staining of the surrounding area.

When you load the battery into the device, take care to
ensure that the negative and positive poles (marked with
and signs) are oriented as indicated on the device.
Inserting the battery incorrectly could result in the
batteries splitting or leaking, causing fire, injury or staining
of the surrounding area.
NOTES ON USING THE BC-W235 BATTERY
CHARGER
●
When using the BC-W235 Dual batter y charger to charge a special battery, we
recommend a temperature between 10°C and 35°C. If the temperature is outside this
range, the charging time may need to be longer in order to prevent the performance of
the special battery from deteriorating.
●
It is not unusual for the special battery and BC-W235 to become warm due to internal
power consumption. Please try to provide good ventilation when charging.
●
During charging you may hear the sound of internal oscillation but this is not a fault.
●
Do not use the BC-W235 to charge any battery other than a special battery.
●
During charging the BC-W235 may cause interference with radio broadcasts from a
nearby radio. If this occurs, move the radio away from the BC-W235.
●
Take care not to allow other metal objects to come in contact with the connectors or
contacts on the special battery otherwise this may cause a short circuit.
●
Do not place the battery charger in the following locations:
✽
In hot places such as close to a heating appliance or in direct sunlight/In very humid
places/In very dusty places/ In places subject to strong vibrations.
USING THE BC-W235 BATTERY CHARGER
1. Connect the USB cable supplied with the camera to the BC-W235 dual battery
charger’s USB Type-C connector (Figure 1).
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the AC power adapter supplied with the
camera and plug the adapter in.
● The battery will also charge when the USB cable is connected to a computer or other
device.
3. Insert an NP-W235 rechargeable battery into either battery chamber (CH1 or CH2)
as shown in Figure 2. Insert the battery in the orientation shown with the contacts
facing down.
● The battery will charge when inserted in either chamber (CH1 or CH2).
● When a battery is inserted, the battery, battery level, and charging indicators for the
battery in the selected chamber will light (Figure3). The charging indicator will turn off
when charging is complete.
● When two batteries are inserted, they will charge simultaneously.

Indicator Description
ABattery indicator Displayed when a battery is inserted. The segments provide a
rough indication of battery level.
BCharging indicator Lights when the battery is charging and turns of f when
charging is complete.
CBattery level Shown in increments of 5%.
DBacklight Lights when a battery is inserted and an AC adapter or USB
cable is connected.

Leaving the battery loaded for long periods of time may cause it to discharge and
become unusable.

AVERTISSEMENT

risqueriez de vous électrocuter.

négatif de la batterie. La batterie pourrait exploser et
fuir, avec risque d’incendie ou d’électrocution.

原因となることがあります。

セントから抜け

警告
● こ の 充 電 器 は、 富 士 フ イ ル ム 充 電 式 バ ッ テ リ ー NP-W235
専用です。他の充電式バッテリーパックは充電しないでください。
乾電池や他の充電式バッテリーパックを充電すると液もれ、発熱、
破裂することがあります。
電源プラグをコン
セントから抜け
● 万一、煙が出ている、変なにおいや音がするなどの異常状態のまま
使用すると、火災・感電の原因となります。すぐに電源プラグを
コンセントから抜いてください。煙が出なくなるのを確認して
お買上げ店に修理をご依頼ください。お客様による修理は危険です
から絶対おやめください。
● 万一、充電器を落としたり、ケースを破損した場合は、電源プラグ
をコンセントから抜いてお買上げ店にご連絡ください。そのまま
使用すると火災・感電の原因となります。
● 万一、充電器の内部に水や異物などが入った場合、電源プラグを
コンセントから抜いてお買上げ店にご連絡ください。そのまま使用

分解禁止
● 充電器を改造、分解などしないでください。火災・感電の原因と
なります。
● 表 示 さ れ た 電 源 電 圧（AC 100 ∼ ） 以 外 の 電 圧 で 使 用240V
しないでください。火災・感電の原因となります。
風呂、シャワー室
での使用禁止
● 風呂場では使用しないでください。水ぬれや湿気で火災・感電の
原因となります。
水ぬれ禁止
● 充電器に水が入ったり、ぬらさないようにご注意ください。火災・
感電の原因となります。雨天、降雪中、海岸、水辺での使用は特に
ご注意ください。
接触禁止
● 雷が鳴り出したら、電源プラグには触れないでください。感電の
原因となります。
● 充電式バッテリーは、金属性のボールペン・ネックレス・コイン・
ヘアーピンなどと一緒に携帯、保管しないでください。電池の
プラス端子「＋」とマイナス端子「−」の間がショートし、電池の
破裂、液もれにより、火災・けがの原因となることがあります。
● 充電式バッテリーは、加熱したり、分解したり、火や水の中に入れ
ないでください。電池の破裂、液もれにより、火災、けがの原因と
なることがあります。
注意
● 湿気やほこりの多い場所に置かないでください。火災・感電の原因
となることがあります。
● 調理台や加湿器のそばなど油煙や湯気が当たるような場所に
置かないでください。火災・感電の原因となることがあります。
ぬれ手禁止
● ぬれた手で電源プラグを抜き差ししないでください。感電の原因と
なることがあります。
● 充電器は、布や布団でおおったり、つつんだりしないでください。
熱がこもり、ケースが変形し、火災の原因となることがあります。
風通しのよい状態でご使用ください。
● 充電終了後は、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いてください。その
ままにしておくと火災の原因となることがあります。
